Limited-Edition Art Print Joel, Tess and Balltsz by Chris Huen Sin Kan
Created during his month-long residency in the Royal Academy Schools in London, Hong Kong artist Chris Huen Sin Kan’s first-ever 40 limited-edition etching prints are now available exclusively at K11.
Through the course of his residency, Huen continued to feature his usual subjects including his wife, Haze, his son, Joel, his daughter, Tess, and his dogs, Balltsz, MuiMui and Doodood. He also began to explore the idea of etching prints by highlighting his most famed protagonists. ‘I was totally addicted to etching from the beginning of the residency. It’s a totally different process compared with my painting practice. The experience is a delightful surprise,’ says the artist.

禤善勤的限量藝術版畫「Joel, Tess and Balltsz」
由香港藝術家禤善勤在英國倫敦皇家藝術學校（Royal Academy Schools）為期一個月的駐留期間創作的首批40幅限量蝕刻版畫，現正於K11獨家發售。
在駐留期間，禤氏的創作主題繼續圍繞他的太太Haze、兒子Joe、女兒Tess，以及愛犬 Balltsz、MuiMui 和 Doodood。今次藝術家把這些人物帶到蝕刻版畫中，他說：「從駐留計劃開始我就完全沉迷於蝕刻版畫中。這是一個與繪畫非常不一樣的創作過程，是一次愉快又驚喜的體驗。」
