Create One ID for KLUB 11 registration
One ID (“One ID”) is a centralized user registration and login portal designed to streamline registration and allow access across multiple Loyalty Programs (as defined below) of Designated Partners (as defined below), and is managed and operated by New World Elite Company Limited (“NWECL”). Your use of One ID constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated periodically.
- Definitions
- “Designated Partner” means a partner of NWECL who runs and operates loyalty programs/memberships and includes, New World Club (operated by New World Loyalty Programme Limited), KLUB 11 (operated by K11 Loyalty Program Limited), DP Club (operated by Discovery Park Commercial Services Limited), K Dollar Program (operated by Missions Points Network Company Limited), and such other loyalty programs/memberships as may be designated by NWECL at its sole discretion from time to time without any prior notice (these loyalty programs/memberships are collectively referred to as “Loyalty Programs”).
- “Hong Kong” means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the PRC.
- “Launch Date” means 11 July 2023.
- “Loyalty Program Account” means a membership account for a Loyalty Program.
- “Macau” means the Macao Special Administrative Region of the PRC.
- “Mainland China” means the mainland of the PRC.
- “Mobile Application(s)” means the mobile application(s) of the Designated Partner(s) for the Loyalty Program(s), including but not limited to “K11 HK”, “Artisanal Living” and “D●Park” and such other mobile application(s) as may be designed by NWECL at its sole discretion from time to time without any prior notice.
- “One ID Account” means a One ID account.
- “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, where an “identifiable natural person” is any person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, or otherwise any information defined as personal data, personal information or other similar terminologies in the applicable laws and regulations relating to data privacy and the processing of Personal Data in effect from time to time, including but not limited to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong), PRC Personal Information Protection Law, PRC Data Security Law, PRC Cybersecurity Law, PRC Civil Code as well as their corresponding guidelines, implementing regulations, judicial interpretations and any other forms of applicable legal and regulatory instruments (as the case may be) concerning the interpretation and application of the aforesaid laws.
- “PRC” means People’s Republic of China.
- “Privacy Terms” means the rules, regulations, policies and guidelines of NWECL and/or the Designated Partner(s) (as applicable) governing the use of Personal Data thereby, including but not limited to the relevant privacy policy statement(s), personal information collection statement(s), the People’s Republic of China Addendum(s) and any other relevant documents (if any and as applicable).
- “User” means an individual who has created a One ID Account after registering as a user of One ID.
- “Website(s)” means the designated website(s) of the Designated Partner(s) for the Loyalty Program(s), including but not limited to “K11experience.com” (for KLUB 11), “K11designstore.com” (for KLUB 11) and “newworldclub.com.hk” (for New World Club), and such other websites(s) as may be designated from time to time without any prior notice.
- A reference to one gender includes a reference to all genders.
- Words in the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
- One ID Registration
- Eligibility – Any person who is aged 12 or above with a valid mobile number from Hong Kong, Macau or Mainland China is eligible for registration as a User. For the avoidance of doubt, any person who is eligible to register as a User does not guarantee eligibility and/or successful registration for membership(s) of any Loyalty Program(s), and the eligibility and registration therefor shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program(s).
- Usage – One ID is a centralized platform for (i) authentication of Users enabling access to Loyalty Program Account(s) by using a single set of login credentials (including but not limited to mobile number, email and password), and (ii) registration for membership(s) of Loyalty Program(s). By setting up One ID, the User acknowledges and agrees that One ID shall (i) authenticate and provide access to Loyalty Program Account(s), and (ii) share and transfer your Personal Data collected by One ID to the relevant Designated Partner(s) (subject to your consent (if applicable) and the applicable Privacy Terms (if any)).
- New Member of Loyalty Programs – Any person who is not an existing member of any of the Loyalty Program(s) as of the Launch Date (“New Member”) and intends to register for memberships of any of the Loyalty Program(s) with the Designated Partner(s) shall register/access through One ID.
- 3233Existing Member of Loyalty Programs – Any person who is an existing member of any of the Loyalty Program(s) as of the Launch Date (“Existing Member”) may access his/her existing Loyalty Program Account(s) either through One ID or using his/her existing login credentials for each corresponding Loyalty Program Account. Once an Existing Member creates a One ID Account, all details of his/her existing Loyalty Program Account(s) under all Loyalty Programs may be migrated to One ID. Such migration is irreversible after which such Existing Member may access his/her Loyalty Program Account(s) only through One ID. An Existing Member who does not have a One ID Account may register as a member of any other Loyalty Programs only through One ID.
- Personal Basis Only – Registration for One ID shall be on a personal basis and NWECL does not accept registration by a company or on a corporate basis. User must ensure that his/her One ID Account details, including but not limited to mobile number, email and password, are kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties. NWECL shall not be liable in the event a third party for whatsoever reasons obtains access to a User’s One ID Account through whatsoever means.
- Discretion to Decline – NWECL is entitled to decline any registration for One ID at its absolute discretion without any obligation to provide reason.
- Registration of Membership(s) for Loyalty Program(s) of the Designated Partner(s)
- Right to Register – Any person who registers for a One ID Account must either (i) simultaneously register for membership of K Dollar Program or (ii) be a registered member of K Dollar Program. Further, such person shall register for membership of at least one other Loyalty Program (excluding K Dollar Program).
- Eligibility – Eligibility for membership of Loyalty Program(s) of Designated Partner(s) may vary. Please refer to the respective Designated Partner’s terms and conditions for their corresponding Loyalty Program(s) for details.
- Additional Terms and Conditions - Registration with the Designated Partner(s) for membership(s) of the Loyalty Program(s) is subject to the terms and conditions of such Designated Partner for the respective Loyalty Program as specified from time to time. Upon registration of membership for a Loyalty Program with the Designated Partner(s), Users shall be bound by the terms and conditions in respect of the Loyalty Program of such Designated Partner. Please refer to the respective Designated Partner’s corresponding terms and conditions for the Loyalty Program for details.
- Procedures for registration as a User by New Member
- Registration as a User – Any New Member who is interested in joining membership of a Loyalty Program may access the registration portal through the respective Website(s) and/or Mobile Application(s) for the relevant Loyalty Program. The New Member shall then be re-directed to the registration page for One ID. Subject to Clause 3 hereinabove, the New Member shall select the Loyalty Program(s) for which he/she wishes to register. Once the selection is made, the New Member shall provide a valid mobile number which shall be used as login credentials for both the One ID Account and the Loyalty Program Account(s). A one-time password shall then be sent to the mobile number provided through SMS for verification purposes, and the New Member shall enter the one-time password. After successful verification, the New Member shall provide an email address and password to create a One ID Account. Upon successful registration as a User, the New Member shall be able to view the Loyalty Program Account(s) connected in “My Account” page and will receive a welcome email.
- Sharing and Transfer of existing Loyalty Program Accounts to One ID
- Registration as a User – Any Existing Member who is interested in using One ID for login to his/her existing Loyalty Program Account(s) and/or in registering as a member of a Loyalty Program of which he/she is not a member shall first register as a User. An Existing Member shall provide a valid mobile number which shall be used as login credentials for both the One ID Account and the Loyalty Program Account(s). A one-time password shall then be sent to the mobile number provided through SMS for verification purposes, and the Existing Member shall enter the one-time password. After successful verification, the Existing Member shall provide an email address and password to create a One ID Account. Upon successful registration as a User, the Existing Member shall be able to view the Loyalty Program Account(s) connected in the “My Account” page and will receive a welcome email.
- Upon registration as a User, the Existing Member’s login credentials for his/her respective migrated Loyalty Program Account(s) shall be overridden by the login credentials created for One ID Account. Thereafter, the Existing Member may only access their migrated Loyalty Program Account(s) through One ID.
- Provision of additional information
- Other Personal Data may be collected by One ID for the purposes as detailed in the Privacy Terms of NWECL. Users may provide such Personal Data at the User's discretion.
- Procedures for registration as members of the Loyalty Programs of Designated Partners
- Any new User who has successfully completed the registration as a User shall continue to the registration page for the selected membership(s) of the Loyalty Program(s) managed by NWECL. The User may provide other Personal Data to register for memberships of K Dollar Program and other selected Loyalty Program(s). Upon successful registration as a member of the selected Loyalty Program(s), the User shall be able to view the Loyalty Program Account(s) connected in the “My Account” page and will receive a welcome email.
- For an existing User, he/she may register for membership(s) of the Loyalty Program(s) of which he/she has not been a member through the login portal of any of the Loyalty Program Account for which he/she is a member. After login [of One ID], he/she may select the membership(s) of any of the Loyalty Program Account he/she is interested in registering for. An Existing User may provide other Personal Data to register for any of the Loyalty Program(s) that he/she is interested in registering for.
- Upon successful registration for the Loyalty Program(s), the User will be able to view the his/her relevant [Loyalty Programs] Account(s) shown in the relevant homepage of the Mobile Applications specific to the joined Loyalty Program(s). Upon successful registration as a User, User shall be able to view the Loyalty Program Account(s) connected in the “My Account” page and will receive a welcome email.
- Procedures for login through One ID to Loyalty Programs of Designated Partners
- Access to Loyalty Program Accounts - Upon successful registration as member(s) of the Loyalty Program(s), the User shall be able to access their Loyalty Program Account(s) through the respective Website(s) and/or Mobile Application(s) for the relevant Loyalty Program(s). The User will be redirected to the One ID login page. The User shall use the login credentials for One ID, including their mobile number and password, to access the Loyalty Program Account(s) of the Loyalty Program(s). Once the User successfully logs in to his/her One ID Account, he/she will be re-directed back to the relevant Mobile Application or Website for [the User’s use/browser].
- In addition, the User will be automatically logged in to the system of the selected Designated Partner(s) whenever he/she enters the relevant Mobile Application.
- Sharing and Transfer of Personal Data under One ID to Designated Partners
- Personal Data collected under One ID may be shared with and/or transferred to the applicable Designated Partners of the Loyalty Programs for which a User has registered (subject to the User’s consent (if applicable) and the applicable Privacy Terms (if any)). For details, please refer to the applicable Privacy Terms (if any).
- Storage of Personal Data under One ID
- The Personal Data collected in One ID may be stored in servers and/or data centres of NWCEL’s partners, co-operators, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers whom we have entrusted to process your Personal Data. For details, please refer to the applicable Privacy Terms (if any).
- Non-Transferability
- Non-Transferability – The One ID Account is strictly designated for the use by the User and is not transferable. User may not assign or transfer their One ID Account to another individual or entity.
- Proof of Eligibility
- NWECL reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a User’s eligibility for registering as a User if necessary.
- Keeping Records – NWECL has the right to retain copies of any supporting documents as referred in this Clause [12] (if any) provided by the User for the purpose of conducting audits and tracking data relevant to the User's One ID Account.
- Use of Website and Mobile Application
- In addition to the Terms and Conditions of One ID, a User shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant Website/Mobile Application of the applicable Designated Partners from which he/she accesses One ID (if any). For further details, please refer to the relevant terms and conditions of the Website/Mobile Application of the applicable Designated Partners. In case of discrepancies between this Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the Designated Partners for the respective Website / Mobile Application, the terms and conditions of the relevant Designated Partners shall prevail.
- Proof of Eligibility
- Right to Terminate or Suspend – NWECL is entitled to forthwith terminate or suspend the User’s One ID Account in case the User breaches any Terms and Conditions herein or does not follow the instruction of NWECL from time to time. In addition, NWECL reserves the right to forthwith terminate or suspend the User’s One ID Account at any time at the sole discretion of NWECL without giving any prior notice, reasons and compensation to such User. NWECL shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom to any party in any event.
- Not Affecting Other Rights – Termination or suspension of a User’s One ID Account for whatsoever reasons by NWECL shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies that NWECL and the Designated Partners may have against such User.
- Death – Upon death of a User, his/her One ID Account shall be automatically terminated without any compensation.
- Disclaimers and Exclusion of Liabilities
- Exclusion and Limitation of Liability – All liability, if any, on the part of NWECL, its employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, representatives and partner organizations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the maximum liability of NWECL to any User shall not exceed HKD100.00 in aggregate in any event.
- Waiver of Rights – A User hereby is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and agreed that he does not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty made by NWECL, its employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, representatives and partner organizations and shall waive all of his/her rights, if any, against NWECL in relation thereto.
- Quality and Responsibility of One ID – Without prejudice to Clause [15.2], NWECL does not give any warranty for the quality or fitness of any of the services and accepts no responsibility in respect of the following: (a) refusal by NWECL and any Designated Partners to offer its services; (b) non-availability of any of the service; and (c) refusal by NWECL and any Designated Partners to replace or change any of the service or pay compensation or reward thereof.
- Right of Modification etc.
- Right to Modify – NWECL is entitled to, at any time, modify the structure, contents and other features of One ID, including but not limited to the conditions for registration of One ID and the One ID Account.
- Right to Terminate – NWECL is entitled to amend, suspend and terminate One ID and/or cease operation of One ID at any time for any considerations including commercial considerations as it deems fit without any reason or compensation. NWECL shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom to any party in any event.
- Miscellaneous
- Right to Transfer – NWECL is entitled to transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any of the rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions and One ID on such terms and conditions as NWECL may at its sole discretion think fit at any time without any prior notice to the User.
- Right to Amend – NWECL is entitled to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
- Right to Interpret – The right to interpret these Terms and Conditions is vested in NWECL. In case of any dispute, the decision of NWECL shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- Right to handle dispute – In case of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of One ID, the dispute shall be handled by NWECL. The decision of NWECL in interpreting these Terms and Conditions shall be considered final and binding on all parties concerned.
- English Version Prevails – The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions (if any) is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version prevails.
- Entire Agreement – These Terms and Conditions and any provision or document expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between NWECL and a User that supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between NWECL and a User relating to the subject matter.
- Governing Law – These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and shall be subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

- K DOLLAR PROGRAM
- K Dollar Program (“KDP”) is a loyalty program that is managed and operated by Missions Points Network Company Limited (“MPNCL”) and is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
- The submission of an application for Membership to the KDP is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon becoming a Member of the KDP, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- DEFINITIONS
- e-Membership Card
means an electronic Membership card issued to a Member for enjoyment of the Rewards. - Fraud
means fraud, dishonesty and deceit including but not limited to:- Providing false documents or information;
- Knowingly supplying incorrect information to accrue K Points and/or K Dollars;
- Altering documents to accrue K Points and/or K Dollars;
- Attempting to accrue K Points and/or K Dollars by any person other than the Member;
- Selling, bartering and/or purchasing K Points and/or K Dollars including attempting to sell or transfer K Points and/or K Dollars by means of internet based sales or auctions; or
- Knowingly benefiting from the Fraud or Misconduct of another Member or individual.
- Hong Kong
means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. - K Dollar
means the reward converted from K Points which can be used at Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants. Each K Dollar is converted from every 250 K Points. - K Point(s)
means the point(s) granted to Members by MPNCL under the KDP. - KDP Website means the website at https://hk.krewards.com/.
- Member
means a person admitted by MPNCL to be a Member under the KDP, subject to such terms and conditions as MPNCL may think fit and the term “Membership” shall be construed accordingly. - Misconduct
means wrongdoing and improper behaviour including but not limited to:- Enrolling for duplicate Membership;
- Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or the terms and conditions of Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants (as amended from time to time);
- Inappropriate behaviour in dealing with the staff of the KDP or the staff of any Participating Partner and/or Participating Merchant;
- Inappropriate behaviour whilst using any KDP log-in or related channels, websites or applications; or
- Attempting to obtain K Points, K Dollars and/or Rewards by Fraud.
- Mobile App
means the mobile application(s) for use by the Members for the purpose of the KDP. - MPNCL
means Missions Points Network Company Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with registered office at 38/F, New World Tower, 16-18 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. - Participating Merchant
means any tenants, shops, stores, branches, merchants, websites, mobile apps or any other channels designated by Participating Partners at which Members may earn K Points and/or use K Dollars. A full list of Participating Merchants is available at https://hk.krewards.com and may be varied and updated by MPNCL and/or Participating Partners from time to time without any prior notice. - Participating Partner
means a business with whom MPNCL has made arrangements for Members to earn K Points and/or use K Dollars. A full list of Participating Partners is available at https://hk.krewards.com and may be varied and updated by MPNCL from time to time without any prior notice. - Reward
means any products, services, benefits, privileges, promotions, offers, rewards or the like offered or to be offered to Members by MPNCL or any third parties (including but not limited to Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants) from time to time. - A reference to one gender includes a reference to all genders.
- Words in the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
- e-Membership Card
- ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP
KDP Membership- Any individual aged 12 or above is eligible to apply for Membership. Minors (i.e. individuals under the age of 18) require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to join the KDP. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the minor confirms that he has obtained consent from his parent or legal guardian.
- Membership has lifetime validity period unless terminated pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
- The registered name for Membership shall be the same as the applicant’s name in his official identity document and MPNCL shall have the right to seek verification from the applicant. Each individual is only entitled to have one (1) Membership account at any given time.
- Approval of application for Membership and grant of the Membership shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of MPNCL. MPNCL may refuse to approve and grant any Membership without giving any reason.
- Membership and the e-Membership Card are non-transferable and non-assignable and may only be used or enjoyed by that individual Member to whom the Membership and the e-Membership Card are granted or issued.
- MPNCL may at any time without prior notice review the criteria for eligibility to the Membership.
- MPNCL is entitled to modify the structure, benefits, contents and other features of the KDP, including but not limited to the Mobile App, bonus K Points, conversion and expiration of K Points and/or K Dollars, these Terms and Conditions, joining programs of or having arrangements with new or other programs and termination of the KDP, at any time without prior notice. Although MPNCL will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes to the KDP and/or to these Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of Members to keep themselves up to date in respect of the KDP and these Terms and Conditions. Any earning of K Point and/or using of K Dollar by a Member will be deemed as acceptance of any such modification. MPNCL will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any modifications to the KDP, including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions.
- Each Member will be assigned a Membership account. Member must ensure that his Membership account details including but not limited to the password, Membership number, as well as any QR codes generated representing K Dollars and/or his Membership are kept confidential and are not disclosed to any parties. Member is fully responsible for any use of his Membership account by any persons and MPNCL shall not be liable in the event that a third person obtains access to a Member’s account to make transactions, whether with or without authority of the Member.
- MPNCL shall have the right to audit a Member's account at any time without prior notice to the Member to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions, any terms and conditions of the Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants, and any other applicable rules, regulations or terms and conditions. During the course of an audit, a Member’s account may be temporarily suspended and a Member may not be permitted to access his account nor perform any transactions.
Bundled Membership with certain Participating Partners - Participating Partners may require Members to register for additional membership with them in order to earn K Points and/or use K Dollars.
For example, to earn K Points and use K Dollars at Participating Merchants of the below Participating Partners, Members are required to register for additional membership as follows:

- For earning K Points at Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants that require additional membership registration, K Points will only be credited: (i) if Members complete the registration process prior to the purchase of any goods or services at the relevant Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants; and (ii) subject to meeting all requirements and procedures as may be specified by the Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants in relation thereto, if applicable.
- For Participating Partners that require additional membership registration prior to earning K Points and/or using K Dollars, such membership registration can be done via the Mobile App, the websites of Participating Partners or any other platforms specified by Participating Partners from time to time. Upon registration, Members shall be bound by the terms and conditions of such Participating Partner. Please refer to Participating Partners’ respective websites for their terms and conditions.
- ENROLMENT
- Individuals can apply to be a Member of the KDP via the Mobile App or the KDP Website (https://hk.krewards.com/) or any other platforms specified by MPNCL from time to time through completing an application form. Upon successful registration, the individual will receive an email confirmation.
- Each mobile number can only be registered by one (1) Member. Any duplicate registration of the same mobile number will not be accepted. If a Member has changed his mobile number, the Member must forthwith update such information with MPNCL by contacting the customer service of KDP via:

- If a Member holds a membership under any of Participating Partners referred to under Clause 3.10 above, Member shall register for Membership with the same mobile number used for registration for membership of those Participating Partners.
- E-MEMBERSHIP CARD
- MPNCL will issue an e-Membership Card to a Member upon his successful application for Membership via the Mobile App or the KDP Website or any other mobile apps or websites as may be specified by MPNCL from time to time. MPNCL, Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants are entitled to request a Member to present his e-Membership Card when he claims for any Rewards or makes any request in relation to his Membership, the e-Membership Card, the K Points, the K Dollars and/or the Rewards.
- Without prejudice to the right of MPNCL to seek verification under Clause 3.3, MPNCL, Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants are entitled to assume without proof that the bearer of an e-Membership Card is the Member named thereon.
- K POINTS AND K DOLLARS
Earning K Points- K Points will only be recorded upon the acceptance of a Membership application and approval of Membership status.
- Once the Membership account is activated, Members may, subject to these Terms and Conditions, use the e-Membership Card to earn K Points based on his eligible spending at, or according to the requirements or criteria as may be specified by and applicable to, any Participating Partner/ Participating Merchant.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants, Members will earn one (1) K Point for every HKD1 spent on the purchase of any goods or services at a Participating Partner/ Participating Merchant. Please check the KDP Website at https://hk.krewards.com/ for the terms and conditions of the applicable Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants for K Points earning.
- MPNCL and/or the Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants may run promotions from time to time by offering bonus K Points. Qualification for such bonus K Points is subject to the terms and conditions of each individual promotion.
- To earn K Points, a Member shall present his e-Membership Card or provide his Membership number at the point of purchase. Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants may require Members to follow different procedures to earn K Points, including but not limited to scanning of receipts or registering for further membership with the individual Participating Partner. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the applicable Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants for K Points earning. For the avoidance of doubt, Members may not use sales receipts, electronic payment slips or other purchasing information/ document of any other individuals for his own K Points earning.
- Only certain transactions with Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants are eligible to earn K Points. These are outlined in the KDP Website at https://hk.krewards.com/ and/or the websites of Participating Partners, and may be updated from time to time or specifically published by MPNCL and/or Participating Partners.
- The processing time for K Points to be credited to a Member’s account may take up to sixty (60) working days from the date of the transaction. The processing time may vary depending on the Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants and the type of transactions. For details, please contact the Participating Partner/ Participating Merchant directly or refer to the timeframe as may be specified within the terms and conditions of the respective Participating Partner/ Participating Merchant.
- K Points are subject to expiry date, which falls on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December of every calendar year as follows:
K Points earned from: K Points Expiry Date: 1 January to 31 March in a year 31 March in the immediate following year 1 April to 30 June in a year 30 June in the immediate following year 1 July to 30 September in a year 30 September in the immediate following year 1 October to 31 December in a year 31 December in the immediate following year
For example, if 10 K Points and 25 K Points of a Member are earned on 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2022, the expiry dates of the 10 K Points and 25 K Points will be 31 March 2023 and 31 December 2023, respectively.
The expiry dates of the K Points are shown in the Mobile App or the KDP Website. MPNCL shall have the right to shorten or extend the expiry period of K Points with or without notice to a Member. - Unless otherwise specified, the bonus K Points are subject to the expiry dates stated in Clause 6.8 above. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each individual promotion and/or the relevant Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants for expiry dates of the bonus K Points.
- A Member shall forthwith inform MPNCL and/or the relevant Participating Partner(s) of any transactions where K Points have been earned but such transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded or reversed for whatever reasons. In such circumstances, or if Member fails to inform MPNCL and/or the relevant Participating Partner(s) but it has come to the knowledge of MPNCL of those cancelled, refunded or reversed transaction(s), MPNCL shall be entitled to cancel or deduct the K Points earned from the said transaction(s) from the Member’s account (including any bonus K Points earned from the said transaction(s) during any promotion event as may be in place from time to time).
- MPNCL is entitled to cancel or deduct the K Points of any Member if such K Points were credited to the Member’s account incorrectly, or not in accordance with, or in breach of, these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions of Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants, at any time, with or without notice to a Member.
- If a Member does not report any inaccuracies or error on K Points to MPNCL within fourteen (14) days from the date the K Points are credited, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the accuracy of the K Points on the transaction record specified in his Mobile App/ the KDP Website, and shall have no right to appeal against the accuracy of the K Points whatsoever.
- A Member agrees that the records of MPNCL as to the number of K Points earned by a Member are final and conclusive.
Using K Dollars - Every 250 K Points can be converted into 1 K Dollar, and each K Dollar can be used as HKD1 instant cash to be spent in a transaction at a Participating Partner and/or Participating Merchant.
- MPNCL is entitled to adjust the K Dollar conversion rate at any time without any prior notice and/or to restrict or limit the number of K Dollars a Member can use for each transaction.
- Members shall use at least 10 K Dollars in one (1) single transaction. K Points with the earliest expiry dates will be used first.
- Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants may specify a maximum number of K Dollars which may be used by a Member in each transaction from time to time. Please refer to the KDP Website at https://hk.krewards.com/ for the specific requirements.
- Members can use K Dollars to redeem Rewards offered by Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants. The number of K Dollars required for redemption of each Reward will be specified by Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants. For redemption of the Rewards, Members shall be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to the Rewards in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
- To use K Dollars, Members are required to present the QR code representing K Dollars to Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants. Procedures for using K Dollars may vary depending on the Participating Partner/ Participating Merchant. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the applicable Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants for using K Dollars. Members who wish to use K Dollars at such Participating Partners/ Participating Merchants agrees to be bound by the applicable procedures.
- Once K Dollars are used, the relevant K Points/ K Dollars will be deducted from and shown in the Member’s account.
- If a Member makes any transaction using K Dollars (whether in full or in part), such transaction cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- K Dollars cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be sold, purchased or transferred to any other Member or individual. Used K Dollars cannot be reversed to K Points or be refunded under any circumstances.
- If a Member has already used K Dollars but it transpires that the Member did not have sufficient K Points or K Dollars for such purpose for whatever reasons, the Member shall compensate MPNCL for any loss or damage suffered by MPNCL.
- A Member agrees that the records of MPNCL as to the number of K Dollars used by a Member are final and conclusive.
- TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP
- Members may terminate their Membership at any time by giving written notice to MPNCL.
- MPNCL is entitled to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member in case the Member breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or does not comply with the instructions of MPNCL. In addition, MPNCL shall have the right to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of MPNCL without any reasons or compensation. MPNCL shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom suffered by any party under any circumstances.
- MPNCL is entitled to cancel all unused K Points and/or K Dollars of a Member forthwith upon termination of his Membership for whatsoever reasons without any compensation.
- Termination of Membership for whatsoever reasons shall not prejudice any accrued rights and remedies of MPNCL, the Participating Partners, and/or the Participating Merchants as at the date of termination.
- If there is any misuse of the e-Membership Cards, QR codes, Membership accounts, K Points/ K Dollars and/or Rewards, including but not limited to Fraud and/or Misconduct by a Member, MPNCL and/or Participating Partners shall have the right to terminate or suspend the Membership or withdraw the K Points/ K Dollars and/or Rewards from the Member without prejudice to any accrued rights and remedies of MPNCL and/or Participating Partners against the Member.
- Upon death of a Member, his Membership account shall be closed and all unused K Points and/or K Dollars (if any) shall be cancelled by MPNCL without any compensation.
- If a Member has earned K Points, used K Dollars and/or redeemed Rewards for himself through Fraud and/or Misconduct, the Member shall, without limitation, be liable to MPNCL, Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants for the K Points/ K Dollars and/or the full price of the Rewards or other goods or services obtained, together with all costs and damage incurred or suffered by MPNCL, Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants as a result thereof.
- DISCLAIMERS AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITIES
- MPNCL and/or Participating Partners shall not be liable to Members for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the KDP (including but not limited to the refusal by MPNCL, Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants to allow any Member to earn K Points or use K Dollars for any particular transaction, or to provide Rewards or accept the use of any Rewards). Such exclusion of liability applies whether the loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether MPNCL, Participating Partners, and/or Participating Merchants have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
- All liability, if any, on the part of MPNCL, its employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers and partner organizations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the maximum liability of MPNCL to any Member shall not exceed HKD100 in aggregate in any event
- A Member is hereby deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and confirms that he has not relied on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty made by MPNCL and shall waive all of his rights, if any, against MPNCL in relation thereof.
- Without prejudice to Clause 8.3 hereinabove, MPNCL does not give any warranty for the quality or fitness of any of the Rewards and accepts no responsibility in respect of the following:
- refusal by MPNCL, any Participating Partners and/or any Participating Merchants to offer Rewards, accept e-Membership Card or any QR code, credit any K Point or accept any K Dollar in respect of any transactions;
- unavailability of any of the Rewards; and
- refusal of replacement or change of any of the Rewards or compensation or reward thereof by MPNCL, any Participating Partners and/or any Participating Merchants.
- MPNCL shall not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants to provide any products, services, K Points or Rewards. Where a Member uses the services provided by a Participating Partner and/or Participating Merchant, their terms and conditions shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions and MPNCL shall not be liable for any loss arising therefrom.
- In case of any disputes between Member and any Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants, the parties shall resolve the disputes amongst themselves. MPNCL shall have the right not to be involved in the dispute and the exercise of such right by MPNCL shall not prejudice any rights of MPNCL under these Terms and Conditions.
- Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants may impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the Rewards available to Members. Members agree to be bound by such additional terms and conditions in respect of the Rewards.
- All terms expressed or implied by statute or otherwise on the part of MPNCL, Participating Partners and/or Participating Merchants are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of any doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
- K11 LP shall deal with all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the laws of Hong Kong and the New World Group Privacy Policy Statement. Please refer to the Privacy Policy Statement of K11 LP here: https://klub-11.com/privacy-policy/.
- A Member shall consent to the Personal Information Collection Statement of K11 LP during the application for Membership which sets out the privacy policy and practices of K11 LP in respect of its collection, holding and use of personal data in relation to KLUB 11.

- K11 LP shall have the right and discretion to amend, delete, modify and/or vary any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to imposing additional terms in respect of the Membership, the e-Membership Card, the Accumulated Spending, the Benefits and other matters in relation to KLUB 11 from time to time without prior notice. Should there be any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and those additional terms and conditions, those additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
- K11 LP is entitled to transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any of the rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions and KLUB 11 on such terms and conditions as K11 LP may at its sole and absolute discretion think fit at any time without any prior notice to the Member.
- K11 LP is entitled to amend, suspend and terminate KLUB 11 at any time without any prior notice, reason or compensation. K11 LP shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom by any party in any event.
- Any failure to enforce a particular term herein by K11 LP does not constitute a waiver of that term.
- All parties agreeing to these Terms and Conditions do not intend that any term of these Terms and Conditions should be enforceable or enjoyed, by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong), by any entity or person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions. The consent of any entity or person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions is not required to rescind or vary these Terms and Conditions.
- K11 LP has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and its interpretation shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any disputes arising from, out of or in relation thereto, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

KLUB 11 LOYALTY PROGRAMME

- KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme (“KLUB 11”) is managed and operated by K11 Loyalty Program Limited (“K11 LP”) and is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
- The submission of an application for Membership to KLUB 11 is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon becoming a Member of KLUB 11, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- any car park operators, hotels, banks, financial institutions or securities brokers;
- any merchants that do not issue machine-printed receipts; and
- any merchants that are not duly authorized to do business in K11 Malls.

- There are four (4) types of Membership, namely, KLUB 11 General Member ("General Member"); KLUB 11 Gold Card Member ("Gold Card Member"); KLUB 11 Black Card Member ("Black Card Member"); and KLUB 11 Black Vantage Member ("Black Vantage Member").
- Any individual aged 12 or above is eligible to apply for Membership as General Member or above upon satisfaction of the corresponding entry requirements as specified under Clause 5 hereinbelow. Minors (i.e. individuals under the age of 18) require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to join KLUB 11. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the minor confirms that he has obtained consent from his parent or legal guardian.
- The registered name for Membership shall be the same as the applicant’s name in his official identity document and K11 LP shall have the right to seek verification from the applicant. Each individual is only entitled to have one (1) Membership account at any given time.
- Approval of application for Membership and grant of the relevant Membership shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of K11 LP. K11 LP may refuse to approve and grant any Membership without giving any reason.
- Membership, the e-Membership Card and the Benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable and may only be used or enjoyed by that individual Member to whom the Membership, the e-Membership Card and the Benefits are granted or issued.
- K11 LP may at any time without prior notice review the Membership tiers and the criteria for eligibility to the Membership, or reassign a Member to another Membership as K11 LP may decide.
- K11 LP is entitled to modify the structure, benefits, contents and other features of KLUB 11, including but not limited to the Mobile App, the Memberships, the Accumulated Spending, the Benefit, these Terms and Conditions, joining programs of or having arrangements with new or other programs and termination of the KLUB 11, at any time without prior notice. Although K11 LP will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes to KLUB 11 and/or to these Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of Members to keep themselves up to date in respect of KLUB 11 and these Terms and Conditions. Any registration of the Single Transaction Spending and/or the Accumulated Spending by a Member will be deemed as acceptance of any such modification. K11 LP will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any modifications to KLUB 11, including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions.
- Each Member will be assigned a Membership account. Member must ensure that his Membership account details including but not limited to the password, Membership number, as well as any QR codes representing his Membership are kept confidential and are not disclosed to any parties. Member is fully responsible for any use of his Membership account by any persons and K11 LP shall not be liable in the event that a third person obtains access to a Member’s account to make transactions, whether with or without authority of the Member.
- K11 LP shall have the right to audit a Member's account at any time without prior notice to the Member to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions, any terms and conditions of the Designated Merchants/ K11 Merchants, and any other applicable rules, regulations or terms and conditions. During the course of an audit, a Member’s account may be temporarily suspended and a Member may not be permitted to access his account nor perform any transactions.

- K11 LP will issue an e-Membership Card to a Member upon his successful application for Membership via KLUB 11 Website, K11 Art Mall website (https://hk.k11.com/), K11 MUSEA website (https://www.k11musea.com/), the Mobile App, Hong Kong K11’s Official WeChat Account or any other mobile apps or websites as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time. K11 LP, the Designated Merchants and/or the K11 Merchants are entitled to request a Member to present his e-Membership Card when he claims for any Benefits, registers his spending, or makes any request in relation to his Membership, the e-Membership Card, the K Points and/or the Benefits.
- Without prejudice to the right of K11 LP to seek verification under Clause 3.3, K11 LP, the Designated Merchants and/or the K11 Merchants are entitled to assume without proof that the bearer of an e-Membership Card is the Member named thereon.

- General Member
- Any individual who satisfies the membership entry requirements as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time is eligible for application for Membership. Membership for General Member has a lifetime validity period unless terminated pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
- If the single transaction spending (“Single Transaction Spending”) of a customer / General Member at a K11 Merchant has reached HKD50, he is eligible to register such spending.
- K11 LP shall have the right to terminate the Membership of a General Member anytime if the General Member does not satisfy any of the conditions for becoming a Gold Card Member within the period specified by K11 LP (if any). Upon such termination, K11 LP is entitled to cancel all Accumulated Spending of such General Member and will not include the same for the purpose of calculating the Benefits.
- Gold Card Member
- Upon registration as General Member after the first time transaction, if the Accumulated Spending of a General Member in K11 Malls has reached HKD8,000 within any consecutive thirty (30) day period or the same-day spending of the General Member in K11 Malls has reached HKD5,000, he will be eligible to be upgraded to Gold Card Member. If a customer has not registered as General Member, he will become a Gold Card Member by making a same-day purchase of HKD5,000 in K11 Malls. Membership for Gold Card Member has a lifetime validity period unless terminated pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
- If a General Member fails to fulfil the upgrade requirement within the specified period, the Accumulated Spending record will be forfeited and will be re-calculated for another consecutive thirty (30) day period upon the next transaction.
- If the Single Transaction Spending of a General Member exceeds the Accumulated Spending for upgrade of his Membership, any balance thereof will not be counted towards the Accumulated Spending for the next Membership tier upgrade. Upon upgrade from General Member to Gold Card Member, all previous Accumulated Spending will be reset to zero.
- If a General Member fails to fulfil the upgrade requirement within the specified period, the Accumulated Spending record will be forfeited and will be re-calculated for another consecutive thirty (30) day period upon the next transaction.
- If the Single Transaction Spending of a General Member exceeds the Accumulated Spending for upgrade of his Membership, any balance thereof will not be counted towards the Accumulated Spending for the next Membership tier upgrade. Upon upgrade from General Member to Gold Card Member, all previous Accumulated Spending will be reset to zero.
- Black Card Member
- Black Card Membership may be joined by invitation, or if the Accumulated Spending of the General Member or Gold Card Member in K11 Malls has reached HKD120,000 within any consecutive thirty (30) day period (for first-time upgrade to Black Card Membership only) or if the annual spending of the General Member or Gold Card Member in K11 Malls has reached HKD300,000, he will be eligible to be upgraded to / renewed as Black Card Member. Black Card Membership will only be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date a Black Card Member joins or renews his Membership.
- If the Single Transaction Spending of a General Member/ Gold Card Member exceeds the Accumulated Spending for upgrade of his Membership, any balance thereof will not be counted towards the Accumulated Spending for the next Membership tier upgrade. Upon upgrade from General Member/ Gold Card Member to Black Card Member, all previous Accumulated Spending will be reset to zero.
- Black Vantage Member
- Black Vantage Membership is by invitation only, and the individual’s annual spending in K11 Malls shall reach HKD1,000,000 in order to be eligible. Black Vantage Membership will only be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date a Black Vantage Member joins or renews his Membership.
- General Member

Only an eligible Transaction by a Member at a K11 Merchant in K11 Malls shall be counted towards the Accumulated Spending towards becoming a Member of different Membership tiers. An eligible Transaction EXCLUDES the following:
- Any single spending below HKD50;
- Any cash payment;
- Purchase of any kinds of membership(s) (PURE Fitness at K11 MUSEA excepted);
- Purchase of pre-paid items, cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards (merchants at K11 Art Mall excluded (except Market Place by Jasons, Mannings, Chow Tai Fook, agnès b. RUE DE MARSEILLE, agnès b. CAFÉ, agnès b. FLEURISTE and agnès b. DÉLICES));
- Purchase of show/event/exhibition tickets;
- Payments using K Dollars and/or K11 physical or electronic gift vouchers)
- Payments using cash vouchers, gift cards, gift coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards of merchants at K11 Art Mall (Market Place by Jasons, Mannings, Chow Tai Fook, agnès b. RUE DE MARSEILLE, agnès b. CAFÉ, agnès b. FLEURISTE and agnès b. DÉLICES in K11 Art Mall excluded);
- Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
- Currency exchange;
- Any transactions at Hyatt Regency Hotel, K11 ARTUS, K11 Atelier (including Victoria Dockside & King’s Road) and Rosewood Hong Kong;
- Any transactions at Victoria Playpark, D Mind & the Prince and Lai Ching Heen;
- Any online transactions with K11 Merchants;
- Any bank transactions;
- Charity donations;
- Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills); and
- Any other transactions as specified by K11 LP from time to time (with or without prior notice).

The customer / Member shall register the Single Transaction Spending or the Accumulated Spending in the Transaction:
- via the Mobile App;
- via Hong Kong K11’s Official WeChat Account;
- at a self-service kiosk or through a sales ambassador; or
- by presenting his e-Membership Card and other proofs as specified in Clause 8 hereinbelow to the KLUB 11 Koncierge in K11 Malls or other locations as specified by K11 LP from time to time.
Registration shall be done within seven (7) days from the date of the Single Transaction Spending / relevant Transaction or other period as specified by K11 LP from time to time.
The Single Transaction Spending / Accumulated Spending is deemed to be achieved by the customer / Member on the date of the Transaction.-

- For any eligible Transaction made at MoMA Design Store, Nature Discovery Park, DONUT CAFE, Donut Store, KLUB 11 Koncierge, Lifestyle Concept Store by K11 Design Store, K11 Design Store, K11 Select or other merchants which may be updated by K11 LP from time to time (with or without prior notice), the spending will be automatically submitted by the relevant merchants on behalf of the Members upon Members’ presentation of his e-Membership Card from the Mobile App. For a list of such other merchants, please visit https://klub-11.com/k-point/. Members do not need to register such eligible Transaction for spending accumulation via the channels set out in Clause 7.2 above.

- K11 LP will only accept original machine-printed receipts as proof of Accumulated Spending by the Member. Payment slip of credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Quick Pass, Tap & Go, PayMe, EPS or any form of digital or smart device payment (except for Octopus card) shall be presented by the Member to K11 LP. K11 LP has the right to verify that the name of the Member on such slip is the same as that of his e-Membership Card / official identity document.
- K11 LP will only accept original receipts or invoices and customer copy of electronic payment slip. K11 LP does not accept reprinted, handwritten and photocopied receipts or invoices. The payment must be made by the Member himself and K11 LP shall have the right to seek verification from the Member. For the avoidance of doubt, Members may not use sales receipts, electronic payment slips or other purchasing information/ document of any other individuals for earning Accumulated Spending.
- K11 LP is entitled to make copies of the receipts, invoices or payment slips produced by the Member to K11 LP for audit purpose.
- K11 LP is entitled to reject any receipts, invoices or payment slips that K11 LP suspects to be invalid, forged or not issued for genuine transactions. K11 LP has the right to determine and verify the validity and applicability of any receipts, invoices or payment slips. In the event of disputes, the decision of K11 LP shall be final and binding on the parties involved.
- K11 LP is entitled to mark on the original receipts, invoices or payment slips used for earning Accumulated Spending by the Member. Unless otherwise specified, the receipts, invoices or payment slips marked by K11 LP cannot be used by the Member again to participate in any other activities of K11 LP and/or redeem for any other Benefits.

- All Members are entitled to earn K Points and use K Dollars upon successful registration as member under the K Dollar Program. Members under the K Dollar Program shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the K Dollar Program.
- Unless otherwise specified, a Member shall earn relevant K Point(s) under the K Dollar Program based on his corresponding Membership tier under KLUB 11 at the time of transaction for every HKD1 he spent in a Transaction at a K11 Merchant in K11 Malls (excluding spending by K Dollar(s)).

- A Member may only claim Benefits at designated locations as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time and K11 LP is entitled to make the final decision on such Benefits. Members shall be subject to the terms and conditions as may be applicable to any Benefits from time to time.
- All Benefits are offered subject to availability while stocks last (if applicable).
- K11 LP is entitled to grant Benefits to a Member only when the Membership account of this Member is valid and in good standing as recognised by K11 LP.
- Once K11 LP has accepted any redemption request from a Member, the redemption request by the Member cannot be changed or cancelled.
- A Member shall forthwith inform K11 LP of any Transaction where Benefits have been obtained/redeemed but such Transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded or reversed for whatever reasons. In such circumstances, or if the Member fails to inform K11 LP but it has come to the knowledge of K11 LP of those cancelled, refunded or reversed Transaction(s), the Member shall pay to K11 LP forthwith upon notice from K11 LP for the value of the Benefits, which shall be determined by K11 LP in its sole and absolute discretion.
- K11 LP, Designated Merchants and the K11 Merchants are entitled to request a Member to present his e-Membership Card and, if necessary, other identification documents for verification of identity when the Member claims for any Benefits.
- Employees and owners of the K11 Merchants who are also Members are not eligible to claim for the Benefits from the purchase(s) made from their own shops. K11 LP shall have the right to reject or invalidate any Benefit redemptions made by such individuals.

- K11 LP may issue a one-time QR code for specific rewards via the Member’s registered email or the said QR code may be stored in the Member’s KLUB 11 account on Mobile App / Hong Kong K11’s Official WeChat Account upon successful redemption. The issued QR code entitles the holder to redeem the reward within the designated validity period at designated location as stated.
- The said QR code may be made available by KLUB 11 / K11 Kulture Academy / K11 Atelier Academy for certain rewards under the online redemption platform on the KLUB 11 Website / K11 Kulture Academy website (https://kka.k11.com/en/) (“K11 Kulture Academy Website”) – My KLUB 11 Member Login. Members may redeem rewards subject to the terms and conditions as may be applicable from time to time.
- All prices listed in KLUB 11 Website / K11 Kulture Academy Website for redemption are denoted in Hong Kong dollars. All payments must be settled in Hong Kong dollars only.
- Only credit cards registered with “Verified by Visa” or “MasterCard Secure Code” can be used in our online payment system (“Online Payment”). If a Member wishes to pay via Online Payment, he must register with either of these services through his credit card issuing bank before placing any order(s). By using the Online Payment system, a Member represents and warrants that he has obtained his credit card legally and has the capacity to enter into an Online Payment transaction. NOTE if a Member proceeds with payment via Online Payment system, he will be directed to a different website address operated by service provider of such Online Payment, and K11 LP does not endorse nor support the content of such website address. The user agreement for the Online Payment service will govern Member’s use of that service, and Member must refer to that user agreement and not these terms and conditions to determine his rights and liabilities as a user of the Online Payment services.
- Members may submit requests for redemption of rewards through KLUB 11 Website / K11 Kulture Academy Website, KLUB 11 Koncierge or any other platform as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time. K11 LP may accept or reject such requests according to (amongst others) whether such Member has successfully processed any required payment for the redemption and whether the reward is still available.
- If an online redemption request is accepted by KLUB 11 / K11 Kulture Academy, a redemption notification with a QR code will be sent to the Member by e-mail or via Mobile App. If a Member fails to collect his reward in accordance with the instructions specified in the redemption notification before the expiry of the said QR code, he is deemed to have forfeited his right to collect the reward.
- A Member shall present his original and valid e-Membership Card for inspection at the time of redemption.
- Rewards are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, and shall be available while stock lasts.
- Rewards and QR codes cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
- Specific terms and conditions may apply to each reward and issued QR code.

- Members may terminate their Membership at any time by giving written notice to K11 LP.
- K11 LP is entitled to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member in case the Member breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or does not comply with the instruction of K11 LP. In addition, K11 LP shall have the right to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of K11 LP without any reasons or compensation. K11 LP shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom suffered by any party in any circumstances.
- K11 LP is entitled to cancel all Accumulated Spending of a Member forthwith upon termination of his Membership for whatsoever reasons without any compensation.
- Termination of Membership for whatsoever reasons shall not prejudice any accrued rights and remedies of K11 LP, the K11 Merchants and/or the Designated Merchants as at the date of termination.
- If there is any misuse of, amongst others, the e-Membership Cards, QR codes, Membership accounts or Benefits, K11 LP, the Designated Merchants and/or the K11 Merchants shall have the right to terminate or suspend the Membership or withdraw the Benefits from the Member without prejudice to any accrued rights and remedies of K11 LP, the Designated Merchants and/or the K11 Merchants against the Member.
- Upon death of a Member, his Membership account shall be closed and all Accumulated Spending (if any) shall be cancelled by K11 LP without any compensation.

- K11 LP, K11 Merchants and/or Designated Merchants shall not be liable to Members for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with KLUB 11 (including but not limited to the refusal by K11 LP, K11 Merchants and/or Designated Merchants to allow any Member to register his spending, or claim any Benefits or rewards). Such exclusion of liability applies whether the loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether K11 LP, K11 Merchants and/or Designated Merchants have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
- All liability, if any, on the part of K11 LP, its employee, affiliates, agents, suppliers and partner organizations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the maximum liability of K11 LP to any Member shall not exceed HKD100 in aggregate in any event.
- A Member is hereby deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and confirms that he has not relied on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty made by K11 LP and shall waive all of his rights, if any, against K11 LP in relation thereof.
- Without prejudice to Clause 13.3 hereinabove, K11 LP does not give any warranty for the quality or fitness of any of the Benefits and accepts no responsibility in respect of the following: -
- refusal by K11 LP, any K11 Merchants and any Designated Merchants to offer Benefits or accept e-Membership Card;
- unavailability of any of the Benefits; and
- refusal of replacement or change of any of the Benefits or compensation or reward thereof by K11 LP, any K11 Merchants, and/or any Designated Merchants.
- K11 LP shall not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by K11 Merchants and/or Designated Merchants to provide any products, services, K Points or Benefits. Where a Member uses the services provided by a K11 Merchant and/or Designated Merchant, their terms and conditions shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions and K11 LP shall not be liable for any loss arising therefrom.
- In case of any disputes between the Member and the K11 Merchants and/or the Designated Merchants, the parties shall resolve the disputes amongst themselves. K11 LP shall have the right not to be involved in the dispute and the exercise of such right by K11 LP shall not prejudice any rights of K11 LP under these Terms and Conditions.
- Designated Merchants and/or K11 Merchants may impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the Benefits available to the Member. Members agree to be bound by such additional terms and conditions in respect of the Benefits.
- All terms expressed or implied by statute or otherwise on the part of K11 LP, K11 Merchants and/or Designated Merchants are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of any doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

- A Member shall consent to the Personal Information Collection Statement of K11 LP during the application for Membership which sets out the privacy policy and practices of K11 LP in respect of its collection, holding and use of personal data in relation to KLUB 11.

- K11 LP shall have the right and discretion to amend, delete, modify and/or vary any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to imposing additional terms in respect of the Membership, the e-Membership Card, the Accumulated Spending, the Benefits and other matters in relation to KLUB 11 from time to time without prior notice. Should there be any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and those additional terms and conditions, those additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
- K11 LP is entitled to transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any of the rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions and KLUB 11 on such terms and conditions as K11 LP may at its sole and absolute discretion think fit at any time without any prior notice to the Member.
- K11 LP is entitled to amend, suspend and terminate KLUB 11 at any time without any prior notice, reason or compensation. K11 LP shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom by any party in any event.
- Any failure to enforce a particular term herein by K11 LP does not constitute a waiver of that term.
- All parties agreeing to these Terms and Conditions do not intend that any term of these Terms and Conditions should be enforceable or enjoyed, by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong), by any entity or person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions. The consent of any entity or person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions is not required to rescind or vary these Terms and Conditions.
- K11 LP has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and its interpretation shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any disputes arising from, out of or in relation thereto, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
DEFINITIONS
Accumulated Spending Benefit(s) | means the total Net Spending Amount by a Member, which is qualified for accumulation under KLUB 11. means any services, benefits, privileges, promotions, offers, rewards or the like offered or to be offered to the Members by K11 LP or any third parties (including but not limited to the Designated Merchants as defined in Clause 2.3 hereinbelow) under KLUB 11 from time to time. |
Designated Merchant | means any merchant who offers or will offer services, benefits, privileges, promotions, offers, rewards or the like to the Members under KLUB 11 subject to the applicable terms and conditions, whether specified herein or otherwise. A list of such merchants is set out at https://klub-11.com/privileges/ and may be varied and updated by K11 LP from time to time without any prior notice. |
e-Membership Card | means an electronic Membership Card (including but not limited to a General e-Membership Card, Gold Card e-Membership Card, Black Card e-Membership Card, Black Vantage e-Membership Card and such other kinds of e-membership cards as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time) issued to a Member for enjoyment of the Benefits. |

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- DP CLUB PROGRAM
- DP Club Program (“DP Club”) is managed and operated by Discovery Park Commercial Services Limited (“DPCSL”) and is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
- The submission of an application for Membership to DP Club is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon becoming a Member of DP Club, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- DEFINITIONS
- D·PARK – means the shopping mall named D·PARK and which is located at 398 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.
- D·PARK Website – means the website at https://www.dpark.com.hk.
- DPCSL – means Discovery Park Commercial Services Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with an office at Shop 2078, Level 2, D·PARK, 398 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong.
- DP Club – means the DP Club Program operated and managed by DPCSL and governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
- DP Club Member Counter – means the designated membership service counter at D∙PARK.
- DP Merchant – means any merchants at D·PARK recognized or to be recognized by DPCSL, with whom a Member is entitled to earn K Point(s), register his spending, receive offers and/or rewards and use K Dollars, as the case may be, under DP Club subject to the applicable terms and conditions as DPCSL may think fit. A list of DP Merchants may be varied and updated by DPCSL from time to time without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, a “DP Merchant” does not include:
- any hotels, banks, financial institutions, securities brokers, currency exchange brokers, property agencies, travel agencies, exhibition counters, post offices, UMP Dental Centre/UMP Medical Centre, car park operators, automobile dealerships or automobile servicing centers;
- any merchants that do not issue machine-printed receipts;
- any merchants that are not duly authorized to carry out business in D·PARK; and
- any consignment stores operating on a short-term basis whether or not they are attached to the DP Merchants (except for those consignment stores expressly specified by DPCSL).
- e-Membership Card – means an electronic Membership card issued to a Member for enjoyment of the member privileges and rewards under these Terms and Conditions.
- Hong Kong – means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
- K Dollar – means the reward under the K Dollar Program. Please refer to the K Dollar Program Terms and Conditions for details.
- K Dollar Program – means the K Dollar Program managed and operated by Missions Points Network Company Limited. Please refer to the K Dollar Program Terms and Conditions for details at https://hk.krewards.com/program-terms-and-conditions/.
- K Point(s) – means the point(s) granted to members of K Dollar Program under the said program. Please refer to the K Dollar Program Terms and Conditions for details.
- Member – means a person admitted by DPCSL to be a member of DP Club, subject to such terms and conditions as DPCSL may think fit, and the term “Membership” shall be construed accordingly.
- Mobile App – means the “D·PARK” mobile application or other mobile application(s) for use by the Members for the purpose of DP Club.
- Net Spending Amount – means the amount spent by a Member in transactions made at DP Merchants and which are qualified for registration and accumulation of K Point(s) pursuant to these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, “Net Spending Amount” does not include amount(s) spent by a Member in certain designated transactions. For details, please refer to Clause 7.1 below.
- A reference to one gender includes a reference to all genders.
- Words in the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
- Save as otherwise specified by DPCSL, any individual at or above the age of 18 who registers as a member through D·PARK Website or the Mobile App successfully will become a Member. Upon successful registration, the individual will receive an email confirmation.
- The registered name for Membership shall be the same as the applicant’s name in his official identity document and DPCSL shall have the right to seek verification from the applicant. Each individual is only entitled to have one (1) Membership account at any given time.
- Approval of application for Membership and grant of the relevant Membership shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of DPCSL. DPCSL may refuse to approve and grant any Membership without giving any reason.
- Membership, the e-Membership Card and the rewards under these Terms and Conditions are non-transferable and non-assignable and may only be used or enjoyed by that individual Member to whom the Membership, e-Membership Card and the rewards are granted or issued.
- DPCSL may at any time without prior notice review the criteria for eligibility to the Membership.
- DPCSL is entitled to modify the structure, benefits, contents and other features of DP Club, including but not limited to the Mobile App, the Membership, the Net Spending Amount, the member privileges, rewards, these Terms and Conditions, joining programs of or having arrangements with new or other programs and termination of DP Club, at any time without prior notice. Although DPCSL will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes to DP Club and/or to these Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of Members to keep themselves up to date in respect of DP Club and these Terms and Conditions. Any registration of Net Spending Amount by a Member will be deemed as acceptance of any such modification. DPCSL will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any modifications to DP Club, including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions.
- Each Member will be assigned a Membership account. Member must ensure that his Membership account details including but not limited to the password, Membership number, as well as any QR codes representing his Membership are kept confidential and are not disclosed to any parties. Member is fully responsible for any use of his Membership account by any persons and DPCSL shall not be liable in the event that a third person obtains access to a Member’s account to make transactions, whether with or without authority of the Member.
- DPCSL shall have the right to audit a Member's account at any time without prior notice to the Member to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions, any terms and conditions of the DP Merchants, and any other applicable rules, regulations or terms and conditions. During the course of an audit, a Member’s account may be temporarily suspended and a Member may not be permitted to access his account nor perform any transactions.
- DPCSL will issue an e-Membership Card to a Member upon his successful application for Membership via D·PARK Website, the Mobile App or any other mobile apps or websites as may be specified by DPCSL from time to time. DPCSL and/or the DP Merchants are entitled to request a Member to present his e-Membership Card when he claims for any rewards, registers his spending, or makes any request in relation to his Membership, the e-Membership Card, the K Point(s) and/or the rewards.
- Without prejudice to the right of DPCSL to seek verification under Clause 3.2, DPCSL and/or the DP Merchants are entitled to assume without proof that the bearer of an e-Membership Card is the Member named thereon.
- Subject to these Terms and Conditions and all terms and conditions applicable to each of the privileges, Members are entitled to the following privileges:
- using K Dollar (as further stipulated under Clause 6.1 below);
- Members’ exclusive promotional activities;
- DP Merchants’ Year Round Offer;
- Birthday Offer;
- Free Parking Offer; and
- Rental of Child Shopping Cart.
- DPCSL reserves the right to amend or modify such privileges as it deems fit or necessary without prior notice to Members.
- All Members are entitled to earn K Point(s) and use K Dollars upon successful registration as member under the K Dollar Program. Unless specifically provided for under these Terms and Conditions, Members under the K Dollar Program shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the K Dollar Program.
- A Member who is not registered as a member under the K Dollar Program can enjoy the member privileges stated under Clauses 5.1(b) to (f) above but cannot earn K Point(s).
- Unless otherwise specified, a Member shall earn one (1) K Point for every HKD1.00 of Net Spending Amount he spends under the K Dollar Program, subject to the daily limit of 150,000 K Points per Member. DPCSL has the right to adjust the earning ratio at any time without prior notice. Net Spending Amount will be rounded to the nearest dollar for K Points calculation.

- Only an eligible transaction by a Member at a DP Merchant shall be counted towards the Net Spending Amount. An eligible transaction EXCLUDES the following:
- Any cash payment;
- Any single spending below HKD50;
- Transactions with merchants other than the DP Merchants;
- Transactions at online platform(s) of any DP Merchants (except online purchase of movie ticket(s) and other specific Merchants);
- Payments using K Dollars and/or any D·PARK physical or electronic gift vouchers;
- Purchase of gift vouchers or certificates (including without limitation to cash coupons, cake coupons or pasty coupons), stored value cards or pre-paid cards of any kind whatsoever;
- Use of festival voucher to redeem festival food (e.g. use of mooncake coupon to redeem mooncake or use of rice dumpling coupon to redeem rice dumpling or use of Chinese cake coupon to redeem Chinese cake);
- Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
- The remaining unpaid amount of a spending (such as amount paid as shown on a deposit receipt);
- Instalment paid for jewellery club;
- Purchase of any type of membership from merchants;
- Purchase of concert, performance or admission tickets;
- Bill payments (such as payment of telecommunication or utility bills);
- Exchange of goods (but excluding any additional payment);
- Purchase of postage stamps;
- Cash withdrawals with EPS;
- Receipt on which the name of the cardholder does not match with the name of the Member as it appears on the membership enrolment form of DP Club;
- Duplicated receipts;
- Tips;
- Discounts;
- Amounts deducted from the use of cash coupons, promotion coupons, promotional codes, and any other promotional / loyalty program rewards / points / credits; and
- Any other transactions at any car or show flat exhibition; and
- Any other transactions that DPCSL may specify from time to time.
- If the transaction amounts shown on the merchant’s machine-printed receipt and the corresponding electronic payment slips are different, only the lower amount stated thereon will be counted for K Points registration subject to DPCSL’s sole and absolute discretion.
- Members can only earn K Point(s) under the K Dollar Program from spending in transactions dated on or after the date when he has successfully registered as a member under the K Dollar Program. K Point(s) are deemed to be earned on the date of point crediting’. DPCSL may adopt special procedures to verify spending / transactions at certain DP Merchants at its sole and absolute discretion.
- A Member shall register Net Spending Amount within seven (7) days upon the date of transaction by one of the following ways:
- At the DP Club Member Counter, by:
- Presenting his e-Membership Card and original proof of electronic spending;
- In the absence of his e-Membership Card, upon verification of his identity in any manner as may be prescribed by DPCSL and presentation of the original proof of electronic spending;
- Authorizing a representative to register the Net Spending Amount on his behalf. The representative must provide the Member’s name (as shown on the e-Membership Card) and mobile phone number, together with the original proof of electronic spending.
- Through the Mobile App by uploading the relevant receipts and the corresponding electronic payment proofs.
- At the DP Club Member Counter, by:
- For any eligible transactions made at specific DP Merchants which may be updated by DPCSL from time to time with or without prior notice, the corresponding Net Spending Amount will be automatically submitted by the relevant merchants on behalf of the Members upon Members’ presentation of his e-Membership Card from the Mobile App. For a list of such other merchants, please visit https://www.dpark.com.hk/en/events/k-dollar-earn-and-burn. Members do not need to register such Net Spending Amount via the channels set out in Clause 8.1 above.
- DPCSL will only accept original machine-printed receipts as proof of Net Spending Amount. The receipt shall clearly state the name and address of the DP Merchant (which shall identify 398 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan as the address), invoice number, transaction amount and transaction date. Each receipt shall have a transaction amount of not less than HKD50. In addition:
- If Members make payment by credit or debit card (e.g. EPS), the Member shall present his credit or debit card AND the cardholder’s corresponding copy of the credit or debit card payment slip.
- If Members make payment by Octopus Card, the Member shall present the code of the Octopus Card for verification. The name of the cardholder on each eligible receipt shall match with such name as appear on the membership enrolment record of DP Club.
- If Members make payment by mobile electronic payment (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay or PayMe) or any other electronic payment method, DPCSL reserves the right to verify the payee’s full name and identity by checking the relevant transaction record (including but not limited to the transaction record as recorded in the Mobile App). Where no payment slip is available, Members shall present the corresponding payment record for spending registration.
For in-app spending registration, Members shall upload screen captures of mobile electronic payment record or images of receipts and corresponding payment proofs (as the case maybe) to the Mobile App for verification. All records, images and payment proofs uploaded to the Mobile App shall clearly show the transaction date, the name of the DP Merchant and the transaction amount. - DPCSL will only accept original receipts or invoices and customer copy of electronic payment slip or screen captures of mobile electronic payment record or images of receipts and corresponding payment proofs. DPCSL does not accept reprinted, handwritten and photocopied receipts or invoices. The payment must be made by the Member himself and DPCSL shall have the right to seek verification from the Member. For the avoidance of doubt, Members may not use sales receipts, electronic payment slips or other purchasing information/ document of any other individuals for Net Spending Amount registration.
- DPCSL is entitled to make copies of the receipts, invoices or payment slips produced by the Member to DPCSL for audit purpose.
- DPCSL is entitled to reject any proofs of spending that DPCSL suspects to be invalid, forged or not issued for genuine transactions, if the Member is not a party to the relevant transaction, or if the proof is on any other grounds not acceptable to DPCSL in its sole and absolute discretion. DPCSL has the right to determine and verify the validity and applicability of any receipts, invoices or payment slips. In the event of disputes, the decision of DPCSL shall be final and binding on the parties involved.
- DPCSL is entitled to mark on the receipts used for registering Net Spending Amount by Members. Unless otherwise specified, the receipts marked by DPCSL cannot be re-used for spending registration by the Member and/or used by the Member to participate in and/or redeem any other DPCSL offers or activities (save and except for enjoying the free parking privileges of D∙PARK according to its terms and conditions).
- Subject to availability of stock, a Member may use K Point(s) to redeem rewards offered by DPCSL from time to time, provided always that DPCSL shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide the types and kinds of rewards available for redemption at any given time without prior notice, and that DPCSL makes no warranty or guarantee with respect to the availability of any specific types or kinds of reward for redemption, such as gift vouchers or coupons. Specific terms and conditions may apply to each reward offered. Details of the rewards being offered for redemption can be found at D·PARK Website, Mobile App or from DP Club Member Counter.
- Unless otherwise specified, subject to the Member having the requisite K Point(s), there is no limit on the number of redemptions that a Member can request.
- To redeem rewards, Members shall submit their requests for redemption to the DP Club Member Counter during its operation hours, or through Mobile App or any other channels that DPCSL may designate. Redemption requests made at the DP Club Member Counter must be submitted by Members in person. DPCSL shall verify the identity of the Members with reference to the personal information provided upon membership application (including but not limited to mobile phone number and email address). DPCSL may at its sole and absolute discretion accept or reject such requests depending on whether the Member has sufficient K Point(s) for redemption, availability of the requested reward, or on any other grounds that it may deem appropriate.
- Once a redemption request is accepted by DPCSL, DPCSL shall deduct the relevant number of K Point(s) from the Member's account. The redemption request by the Member cannot be changed or cancelled.
- A Member shall forthwith inform DPCSL of any transaction where rewards have been obtained/redeemed but such transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded or reversed for whatever reasons. In such circumstances, or if the Member fails to inform DPCSL but it has come to the knowledge of DPCSL of those cancelled, refunded or reversed transaction(s), the Member shall pay to DPCSL forthwith upon notice from DPCSL for the value of the rewards, which shall be determined by DPCSL in its sole and absolute discretion.
- DPCSL does not warrant that the rewards offered to Members by the DP Merchants and/or suppliers are of any merchantable quality, fit for any purpose or are otherwise free from any defects, including minor defects. DPCSL disclaims all liability in relation to such rewards, and the Members shall waive all rights and interest, if any, of any nature to pursue against DPCSL in connection with the rewards redemption. If there is any problem relating to the quality of the rewards, the Member should contact the DP Merchants and/or suppliers of the rewards directly. Unless otherwise specified, DPCSL will not be responsible for any repair, replacement, compensation or refund for any rewards.
- DPCSL will not entertain any requests by the Members to exchange the rewards for cash or other rewards.
- Except for electrical appliances, all rewards redeemed are not returnable or exchangeable. If electrical appliances cannot be operated or used under normal condition, Members may apply for a replacement by submitting a reward exchange request form to DP Club Member Counter during its operation hours within three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the redeemed award. Once the request is confirmed and accepted, a new item will be provided subject to stock availability. If the reward item is out of stock, Members may exchange for other rewards of the same point value. Each Member may only submit an exchange request once per electrical appliance. DPCSL may accept or reject such requests at its sole and absolute discretion depending on the returned reward’s condition, stock availability, or on any other grounds that DPCSL may deem appropriate. In case of dispute, DPCSL’s decision shall be final.
- Members may terminate their Membership at any time by giving written notice to DPCSL.
- DPCSL is entitled to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member in case the Member breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or does not comply with the instructions of DPCSL. In addition, DPCSL shall have the right to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of DPCSL without any reasons or compensation. DPCSL shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom suffered by any party in any circumstances.
- DPCSL is entitled to cancel all Net Spending Amount of a Member forthwith upon termination of his Membership for whatsoever reasons without any compensation.
- Termination of Membership for whatsoever reasons shall not prejudice any accrued rights and remedies of DPCSL and/or the DP Merchants as at the date of termination.
- If there is any misuse of, amongst others, the e-Membership Cards, QR codes, Membership accounts or rewards, DPCSL and/or the DP Merchants shall have the right to terminate or suspend the Membership or withdraw the rewards from the Member without prejudice to any accrued rights and remedies of DPCSL and/or DP Merchants against the Member.
- Upon death of a Member, his Membership account shall be closed and all Net Spending Amount (if any) shall be cancelled by DPCSL without any compensation.
- DPCSL and/or DP Merchants shall not be liable to Members for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with DP Club (including but not limited to the refusal by DPCSL and/or DP Merchants to allow any Member to register his spending, or claim any rewards). Such exclusion of liability applies whether the loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether DPCSL and/or DP Merchants have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
- All liability, if any, on the part of DPCSL, its employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers and partner organizations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the maximum liability of DPCSL to any Member shall not exceed HKD100 in aggregate in any event.
- A Member is hereby deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and confirms that he has not relied on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty made by DPCSL and shall waive all of his rights, if any, against DPCSL in relation thereof.
- Without prejudice to Clause 12.3 hereinabove, DPCSL does not give any warranty for the quality or fitness of any of the rewards and accepts no responsibility in respect of the following:
- refusal by DPCSL and any DP Merchants to offer rewards or accept e-Membership Card;
- unavailability of any of the rewards; and
- refusal of replacement or change of any of the rewards or compensation thereof by DPCSL, DP Merchants and/or suppliers.
- DPCSL shall not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by DP Merchants to provide any products, services, K Point(s) or rewards. Where a Member uses the services provided by a DP Merchant, their terms and conditions shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions and DPCSL shall not be liable for any loss arising therefrom.
- In case of any disputes between a Member and any DP Merchants, the parties shall resolve the disputes amongst themselves. DPCSL shall have the right not to be involved in the dispute and the exercise of such right by DPCSL shall not prejudice any rights of DPCSL under these Terms and Conditions.
- DP Merchants may impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the rewards available to the Members. Members agree to be bound by such additional terms and conditions in respect of the rewards.
- All terms expressed or implied by statute or otherwise on the part of DPCSL and/or DP Merchants are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of any doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- DPCSL shall deal with all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the laws of Hong Kong and the DPCSL Privacy Policy Statement. - A Member shall consent to the Personal Information Collection Statement of DPCSL during the application for Membership which sets out the privacy policy and practices of DPCSL in respect of its collection, holding and use of personal data in relation to DP Club.

- DPCSL shall have the right and discretion to amend, delete, modify and/or vary any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to imposing additional terms in respect of the Membership, the e-Membership Card, the Net Spending Amount, the rewards and other matters in relation to DP Club from time to time without prior notice. Should there be any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and those additional terms and conditions, those additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
- DPCSL is entitled to transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any of the rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions and DP Club on such terms and conditions as DPCSL may at its sole and absolute discretion think fit at any time without any prior notice to the Member.
- DPCSL is entitled to amend, suspend and terminate DP Club at any time without any prior notice, reasons or compensation. DPCSL shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom by any party in any event.
- Any failure to enforce a particular term herein by DPCSL does not constitute a waiver of that term.
- DPCSL has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and its interpretation shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any disputes arising from, out of or in relation thereto, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
- All parties agreeing to these Terms and Conditions do not intend that any term of these Terms and Conditions should be enforceable or enjoyed, by virtue of t he Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong), by any entity or person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions. The consent of any entity or person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions is not required to rescind or vary these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are binding on all Members of the New World CLUB ("Club") operated by New World Loyalty Programme Limited (“NWLP”). Members shall include but not limited to DIAMOND Members, VIVA Members, CIRCLE Members and such other kinds of members as may be specified by NWLP from time to time. By applying for membership and becoming a Member of the Club, the applicant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as may be in force from time to time) upon becoming a Member of the Club.
- Definitions
“Benefit” means any reward, service, benefit, promotion, privilege, offer or the like offered or to be offered to the Members by the Club or any third party (including but not limited to the Designated Partners) under the Programme from time to time.
“Card” means an electronic membership card (including but not limited to a DIAMOND Electronic Membership Card, VIVA Electronic Membership Card, CIRCLE Electronic Membership Card and such other kinds of electronic membership cards as may be specified by the Club from time to time) issued to a Member for enjoyment of the Benefits.
“Club” means New World CLUB and NWLP operating New World CLUB.
“Designated Partner” means any partner who offers or will offer rewards, services, benefits, promotions, privileges, offers or the like to the Members under the Programme subject to the applicable terms and conditions, whether specified herein or otherwise. A list of Designated Partners is set out at www.newworldclub.com.hk and may be amended and updated by the Club at its sole discretion from time to time without any prior notice.
“Hong Kong” means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
“Member” means any member of the Club which include DIAMOND Member, VIVA Member, CIRCLE Member and other classes of members as may be designated by the Club from time to time.
“Membership” means membership of the Club of whatever class.
“NWLP” or “新世界尊尚客戶有限公司” means New World Loyalty Programme Limited (新世界尊尚客戶有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with registered office at 30/F, New World Tower 1, 18 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.
“Programme” means the programme operated under the name of “New World CLUB” which is owned and managed by NWLP.
“DIAMOND Member” means a person admitted by the Club to be a DIAMOND member under the Programme subject to such terms and conditions as the Club may think fit.
“VIVA Member” means a person admitted by the Club to be a VIVA member under the Programme subject to such terms and conditions as the Club may think fit.
“CIRCLE Member” means a person admitted by the Club to be a CIRCLE member under the Programme subject to such terms and conditions as the Club may think fit.
“Transaction” means any transaction which is one of the conditions for Membership entry requirements as specified by the Club from time to time.
“Website” means the website at www.newworldclub.com.hk
Unless the context otherwise requires, (i) a reference to one gender includes a reference to all genders; and (ii) words in the singular includes the plural and vice versa. - Enrolment
- Eligibility – Any person who is aged 18 or above and satisfies the Membership entry requirements as may be specified by the Club from time to time is eligible for application for Membership.
- AllapplicantsforMembershipshallprovidecorrectandvalidmobilephonenumberand email address for Membership application. An applicant must be the legitimate owner of a registered mobile phone number in Hong Kong to receive an SMS authentication code and, where applicable, incentive notification MMS message. The Club shall take no responsibility for any undelivered SMS, MMS, push notifications or emails.
- Each individual person shall only be eligible for one New World CLUB Membership, and shall apply for New World CLUB Membership by authentic and valid mobile phone number and email address. Duplicate application with the same mobile phone number and/or email address, or the holding of more than one membership account by the same individual will not be accepted by the Club. The Club may at any time require Members to undertake account verification by providing information and/or documents as the Club deems appropriate. The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s Membership, his/her account, or where applicable forfeit any entitlements to any incentives or other privileges, for failure of a Member to complete a verification process as required. Should there be any dishonest, fraudulent conduct or abuse of Membership or misconduct in Membership application, the Club reserves the right to take further action.
- Applicants shall ensure that all information provided is true, correct and accurate. Should there be any errors, omissions or unrecognizable information, the submission may be deemed invalid and void automatically.
- Personal Basis Only – Application for Membership shall be on personal basis and the Club does not accept application on a company or corporate basis. If the Owner or Tenant of the relevant eligible property is a company, only one of its shareholders or directors is eligible to apply for Diamond or Viva Membership.
- Expiration of Membership — The Club is entitled to prescribe expiration date for any Membership.
- Discretion to Decline – The Club is entitled to decline any application for Membership at its absolute discretion without giving any reason.
- Electronic Membership Card
- Card – The Club will issue an Electronic Card to a Member upon his successful application for Membership. Member may be required to download a mobile application to download and maintain the Card.
- Use of Card – The Club and the Designated Partners are entitled to request a Member to produce his Card when he claims for any Benefits or make any request in relation to his Membership, the Card and the Benefits. The Club and the Designated Partners are entitled to assume without proof that the bearer of a Card is the Member named thereon.
- Misuse – Misuse of the Card by a Member may result in termination or suspension of his Membership or withdrawal of Benefits from the Member by the Club and the Designated Partners without prejudice to any accrued right and remedy that the Club and the Designated Partners may have against the Member.
- Non-Transferability
The Membership, the Card and the Benefits are not transferable by the Member and may only be used or enjoyed by the Member to whom the Membership, the Card and the Benefits are granted or issued. - DIAMOND and VIVA Membership
- Eligibility – An applicant for Membership or a Member, as the case may be, may apply for DIAMOND and VIVA membership subject to fulfillment of transaction requirements as prescribed by the Club from time to time.
- Cancelled Transactions and Membership Cancellation – If a Member becomes a DIAMOND Member or a VIVA Member by way of a Transaction but the Transaction is subsequently cancelled or reversed for whatever reasons, the Membership will be terminated automatically upon the cancellation or reversion of the Transaction. The Club reserves the right to require such Member to return or refund any incentives provided by reason of acquiring the DIAMOND or VIVA Membership.
- If the application of DIAMOND or VIVA membership is not accepted by the CLUB, the applicant will be enrolled as CIRCLE member automatically.
- Proof of Eligibility
An applicant of Membership or a Member, as the case may be, is required to provide supporting documents for proof of his eligibility to Membership or upgrade thereof (whichever shall be applicable) as may be specified by the Club from time to time. - Keeping Records
The Club is entitled to make copies of the supporting documents produced by the applicants or Members to the Club and retain the same for audit purpose. - Website
The Website and its use by any person are subject to the applicable terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy Statement published on such website, which may be amended by the Club from time to time. - Enjoyment of Benefits
- Additional Terms – The Club is entitled to impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the Membership, the Card and the Benefits from time to time without prior notice. However, the Club shall use its best efforts to announce the additional terms and conditions as soon as practicable. Should there be any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and those additional terms and conditions, those additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
- Limitation – All Benefits offered are subject to availability and are offered only while stocks last (if applicable).
- Eligibility – The Club is entitled to grant Benefits to a Member only when the Membership account of this Member remains valid and in good standing as recognized by the Club.
- VerificationofIdentification–TheClubandtheDesignatedPartnersareentitledtorequest a Member to present his Card and, if necessary, other identification documents for verification of identity of the Member when the Member claims for any Benefits.
- Different Benefits – The Club is entitled to grant different Benefits to different Members subject to different terms and conditions at the absolute discretion of the Club.
- Birthday Benefits – Birthday Benefits are available for DIAMOND, VIVA and CIRCLE Members during their birthday month. Birthday Benefits are only available for members who have provided their dates of birth to New World CLUB upon enrollment or by subsequent written notice. A birthday Benefit will only be available if the DIAMOND / VIVA /CIRCLE membership of a Member is approved or subsequent written notification, as the case may be, is received by the Club at least 45 working days ahead of such Member’s birthday. Otherwise, the birthday Benefit will not be available for such Member in the year of enrollment or notification. The birthday Benefit can only be redeemed after login at the Artisanal Living App. Any redemption via phone, email or other channels will not be accepted. The Club reserves the right to revoke or change birthday Benefits at its sole discretion at any time.
- No voting right
Members have no voting right as to the constitution, operation or management of the Club nor any right in or any claim over any assets of the Club. - Termination or Suspension of Membership
- Right to Terminate or Suspend – The Club is entitled to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member in case the Member breaches any term and condition herein or does not follow the instruction of the Club from time to time. In addition, the Club reserves the right to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member at any time at the sole discretion of the Club without giving any prior notice, reasons and compensation to such Member. The Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom to any party in any event.
- Not affecting Other Rights – Termination or suspension of Membership of the Member for whatsoever reasons by the Club shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies that the Club and the Designated Partners may have against such Member.
- Death – Upon death of a Member, his Membership shall be automatically terminated without any compensation.
- Disclaimers and Exclusion of Liabilities
- Exclusion and Limitation of Liability – All liability, if any, on the part of the Club, its employee, affiliates, agents, suppliers and partner organizations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the maximum liability of the Club to any Member shall not exceed HKD100in aggregate in any event.
- Waiver of rights – A Member is hereby deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and agreed that he does not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty made by the Club, its representatives, employees or agents and shall waive all of his rights, if any, against the Club in relation thereto.
- Quality and responsibility of the Benefits – Without prejudice to sub-clause (b) of this clause, the Club does not give any warranty for the quality or fitness of any of the Benefits and accepts no responsibility in respect of the following: (a) refusal by the Club and any Designated Partners to offer the Benefits or accept the Card; (b) non-availability of any of the Benefits; and (c) refusal by the Club and any Designated Partners to replace or change any of the Benefits or pay compensation or reward thereof.
- Disputes and resolution
In case of any dispute between the Member and the Designated Partners in relation to these Terms and Conditions or the Benefits, both parties shall resolve the disputes themselves. - Terms of the Designated Partners
The Designated Partners may impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the Benefits available to the Member. The Member agrees to be bound by such additional terms and conditions in respect of the Benefits. - Right of Modification etc.
- Right to Modify – The Club is entitled to, at any time, modify the structure, contents and other features of the Program, including but not limited to the conditions for joining the Programme or implementing other programs for customer rewards and targeted offers.
- Right to Terminate – The Club is entitled to amend, suspend and terminate the Programme and/or cease operation of the Club at any time for any considerations including commercial considerations as it deems fit without any reason or compensation. The Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom to any party in any event.
- Miscellaneous
- Right to Transfer – The Club is entitled to transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any of the rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions and the Programme on such terms and conditions as the Club may at its sole discretion think fit at any time without any prior notice to the Member.
- Right to Amend – The Club is entitled to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
- Right to Interpret – The right to interpret these Terms and Conditions is vested in the Club. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Club shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- English Version Prevails – The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version prevails.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and any provision or document expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the Club and a Member and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between the Club and a Member relating to the subject matter. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and shall be subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
This Personal Information Collection Statement (this “Statement”) is made by New World Elite Company Limited (“NWECL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that manages and operates the One ID portal (“One ID”), a centralized user registration and login portal for certain loyalty programmes/memberships schemes of the Affiliates (as defined below) (the “Participating Programmes”) which can be found in the interface of the relevant mobile applications and websites of the Participating Programmes, and applies between us and you (“you”, or “your”). This Statement should be read together with the Terms and Conditions (if any) of One ID (the “Terms and Conditions”) and the relevant Terms and Conditions (if any) of the mobile application and/or the website of the relevant Participating Programme you are landing or using (as the case may be) (the “Participating Programme App or Website Terms and Conditions”), provided that, in the event of any inconsistency between this Statement, the Terms and Conditions and the Participating Programme App or Website Terms and Conditions concerning matters relating to personal data, this Statement shall prevail.
NWECL is part of the New World group of companies including New World Development Company Limited (“NWD”) and its affiliated or related companies from time to time (as listed here: https://www.nwd.com.hk/pics) (the “New World Group”, or “NWG”) whose activities include real estate (sale, leasing and investment), mortgage services, retail, property management, facilities management, activity planning and management, infrastructure, shopping malls, loyalty programmes, department stores, jewelleries and luxury products, e-commerce, hospitality services, food and beverages, convention and exhibition centres, sports and recreational facilities, education, health care and senior care, other health and wellness products and services, financial services and insurance, transportation, sustainability programmes and products, TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom), corporate innovation, accelerator and incubation programmes, organization of competitions, conferences and events, start up and social innovation programmes and charitable pursuits including sports, recreation, art and cultural programmes, relief of poverty, advancement of education, advancement of religion, and other purposes that are beneficial to the community (the “Goods and Services”) (the New World Group and joint venture companies together referred to as “Affiliates”).
In order to enable us to perform the Purposes (as defined in the “Purposes for using personal data collected” section below), you are required to provide all the requested/mandatory personal data in the application form. If you do not provide the required personal data, then we may not be able to perform the Purposes and/or provide goods or services to you.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should consult with your parent or legal guardian before sharing or providing your personal data to us. To protect your interest as a minor, even if you agree for us to use and disclose your personal data for the relevant purposes as specified in this Statement, we will require your parent or legal guardian to give consent on your behalf before we proceed to so use and disclose your personal data.
Kinds of personal data collected
The kinds of personal data we collect or may collect from you and/or from other sources as mentioned below in this Statement include yourname, gender, age (or age range), month of birth, contact details, e-mail address, mailing/residential/correspondence address, contact number, membership number, marital status, family status, educational level, occupation, . username and password, Log Files (see below), interests and favourite activities, tracking information about your use of the Application and transaction information (including your characteristics and transaction behaviour) (“Tracking Data”), social media account information, etc. For Tracking Data collected through the use of cookies and other tracking mechanisms, please also refer to our related policies (including but not limited to the New World Group Privacy Policy Statement) for further details as to how we collect, use and process Tracking Data.
Purposes for using personal data collected
The personal data to be collected from you and/or from other sources as mentioned below in this Statement will be used and retained by us (and/or our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners as defined in the “Direct Marketing” section below, as applicable) for the following purposes (as may be applicable from time to time) (together, the “Purposes”):
- For daily operation, administration, access and authentication of your One ID account and the Participating Programmes, and to contact you in connection with your One ID account and/or membership of the Participating Programmes;
- Identifying and verifying your identity and/or as a user/member;
- Registering you as a user of One ID;
- Assisting you to register membership(s) of other Participating Programmes and/or loyalty programmes of our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners by transferring your account information under One ID account (including, but not limited to, your name, email and mobile, etc.) and other information to other Participating Programmes and/or loyalty programmes of our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners (as the case may be);
- To serve you better and/or maintain your personal data and/or information across multiple pages within or across one or more sessions when using One ID;
- Following registration as a user, accessing your account information (including, but not limited to, your name, membership number, etc.) and managing your account (including, but not limited to, changing your password, updating your personal information, subscribing/unsubscribing from direct marketing, etc.);
- Research, development, and analysis in relation to your/customer behaviour including carrying out data sorting and analysis to enable us to better understand your characteristics and transaction behaviour (subject to your consent for direct marketing, if/where applicable) to provide other goods and/or services better tailored to your needs, and to assist us in selecting Marketing Subjects (see below) that are likely to be of interest to you, and carrying out aggregated behavioural analysis, including using personal data for statistical analysis, data science studies and data mining.
- For you to make enquiries, complaints, and/or suggestions to us in relation to the Purposes and/or the Goods and Services (including, but not limited to, through an in-app text box on your mobile device or through our official social media page and/or our official website, or by text message, email and/or mail, and/or other media whether now known or available in the future);
- Seeking your feedback, including through surveys, in relation to the Purposes and/or the Goods and Services (including, but not limited to, through an in-app text box on your mobile device or through our official social media page and/or our official website, or by text message, email and/or mail, and/or other media whether now known or available in the future);
- Improving One ID, the Purposes, and our and our Affiliates’ and Marketing Partners’ Goods and Services;
- Direct marketing and cross-marketing for the Marketing Subjects, subject to consent (see below section entitled “Direct marketing”);
- Data analytics, profiling, information management and database administration;
- Deterring, detection, investigation and/or prevention of activities that may violate, or may be suspected to violate, our policies or may be abusive, illegal, and/or criminal;
- Collection or recovery of any debt owed by you to us or our Affiliates;
- The normal management, operation, and maintenance of One ID and the provision of the Goods and Services to you;
- Storing your personal data (whether by a single or multiple Affiliates (including us) or our Marketing Partners) for the purpose of sharing such personal data with our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners for any and all of the other Purposes listed above (and subject to your consent in the event that transfer to any or all such data transferees for direct marketing are involved); and/or
- Other purposes ancillary or related to the above.
Those with whom we share personal data
We may engage agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers (whether within or outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”)) in connection with the Purposes and/or the provision of the Goods and Services, e.g. IT/software solutions/technology services providers, marketing agents, social media, research companies, and service providers of development and maintenance, administrative, data processing, digital storage, or other similar services, and may transfer to or share your personal data with them for the Purposes within or outside Hong Kong. We may also share your personal data (subject to your consent, if/where applicable) with our Affiliates, our Marketing Partners (see below) and the social media platforms that we and/or our Affiliates/our Marketing Partners (see below) use for such Purposes. Where we are required by the law of any country or place or requested by any court, regulatory body or governmental body of any country or place, we may also disclose your personal data as required. In the event of any actual or proposed transfer of business, transfer of shares, re-structuring, amalgamation, merger, sale, transfer, or purchase of us or our business or our Affiliates or our Affiliates' businesses, your personal data may be transferred to the new entity as part of the transaction, provided that the new entity abides by this Statement and continues to exercise the same level of care, in respect of your personal data, as we would. You will be notified of such event and you may decide to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data.
Your personal data may be stored by us in physical locations and/or servers located within or outside Hong Kong and/or shared with our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners (see below) located within or outside Hong Kong. However, we will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal data is stored and processed securely, regardless of the country or place in which it is stored, and we procure by contract or use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that our Affiliates and our Marketing Partners (see below) do the same.
Direct marketing
Subject to your consent, we may use your personal data to send you direct marketing (including, but not limited to, special offers, news, information and marketing) about us, our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners (see below) in relation to the Marketing Subjects (see below) whether by in-app messages and/or notifications and/or push notifications to your mobile device, email, telephone, text message, or other media whether now known or available in the future.
Subject to your consent, we may also use your personal data for, or provide your personal data to, our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners (see below) so that they may send you direct marketing (including, but not limited to, special offers, news, information and marketing) about us, our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners (see below) in relation to the Marketing Subjects (see below) whether by in-app messages and/or notifications and/or push notifications to your mobile device, post, email, telephone, text message, and/or other media whether now known or available in the future.
Our “Marketing Partners” include property developers, banks, financial and investment institutions, insurance companies, private clubs, concierge and customer service providers, loyalty programmes, retail outlets and online businesses (products and services including fashion and beauty, health and personal cares, luxury, home and living, food, wine and beverage, books and stationery), shopping malls, department stores, watches and jewellers (such as Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited), hotel chains, catering services providers, healthcare and senior care, services and/or products providers including health and wellness, art and culture, gallery and exhibition, green and nature, sports and recreation, travel and accommodation, leisure and entertainment, transportation and logistics, telecommunication, media and information technology, corporate innovation, accelerator and incubation programmes, competitions, conferences and events, pre-school, primary, secondary and/or tertiary education institutions.
As we may share your personal data with our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners, we may also receive your personal data from them. Subject to your consent given to our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners, we may also use such personal data to send you direct marketing about us, our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners in relation to the Marketing Subjects (see below).
The types of products, services, events and charitable initiatives that we, our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners may market to you include the following (together, the “Marketing Subjects”):
- goods and services offered by us and/or our Affiliates in relation to the Goods and Services;
- finance, banking, mortgage, insurance and other related services and products by banks, financial and investment institutions and insurance companies;
- access and privileges at private clubs;
- professional consultation on customer services, including but not limited to event planning, holidays, hotels, travel, and tickets reservation;
- consumer products and services by retail outlets and/or online businesses, including clothing, shoes, fashion, fashion accessories and beauty, health and personal cares, luxury, home and living, household products, food, wine, liquor and beverages, confectionary, groceries, books and stationery, toys, cigarettes and cigars, fragrances and cosmetics, baby products, telephones and mobile devices, electronics and electrical appliances, computer software, and games, bags and luggage, furniture, sports and leisure equipment;
- pharmaceutical products, medical and pharmaceutical services, therapists;
- tutoring, mentoring, home cleaning, janitor services, landscape and plant maintenance services, agricultural services, part time housekeeping, plumbing services, locksmiths, barber and salon services, gym and fitness services, laundry services, florists, vehicle towing, and motor vehicle services;
- reward, loyalty, privileges programmes and promotions at shopping malls and department stores;
- reward, loyalty, privileges programmes and promotions for customers and/or potential customers of the New World Group;
- watches, jewelleries and accessories;
- restaurants, catering services on food, wine and beverage;
- travel, hospitality and accommodation services and products, including but not limited to hotels and serviced apartments, holiday package products and services offered by travel agents, tickets to attractions;
- transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to air travel and non-air transportation services such as hotel transfers, car rentals, bus operators, train operators and cruise operators, and courier services and shipping services ;
- conference and exhibition management services, consultancy and marketing research services, supply chain management, event and project management services, gaming services, advertising and public relations services, media production services;
- tickets for concerts, galleries, exhibitions, films, theatricals, sporting, special and cultural events;
- green and nature activities;
- technology, telecommunication, internet and mobile communication services, social networking and media;
- graphic and interior design services, photography services, printing and publishing services;
- legal services, medical services, accounting, auditing, bookkeeping and taxation services, engineering services, architectural services, surveying services, equipment rental services, hospitality services;
- professional advice and/or consultation on education and/or personal enhancement;
- charitable initiatives which support areas including sports, recreation, art and cultural programmes, relief of poverty, advancement of education, advancement of religion and other purposes that are beneficial to the community.
We cannot use or provide your personal data for direct marketing purposes and/or provide your personal data to third parties (whether to our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners) for their direct marketing purposes unless you consent. Even if you give your consent, you can opt out of direct marketing - at any time (or you may request that we cease to provide your personal data to third parties, at which point we will cease to do so), free of charge, by emailing privacy@newworldelite.com.hk or writing to our Personal Data Privacy Officer at 30th Floor, New World Tower, 18 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong (marked Confidential).
Your rights
Apart from your right to opt out of direct marketing as mentioned above, you have the following additional rights to:
- check whether we hold any of your personal data;
- access your personal data held by us;
- require us to correct any personal data which is inaccurate; and
- ascertain our policies and practices (from time to time) in relation to personal data and the types of personal data held by us.

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong) (the “PDPO”), we have the right to charge you a reasonable fee for the processing of any personal data access request.
Privacy Policy Statement
We adopt the New World Group Privacy Policy Statement. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the New World Group Privacy Policy Statement and this Statement, this Statement shall prevail.

Inconsistency or conflict
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version of this Statement, the English version shall prevail.
Miscellaneous
This Statement may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our policy with respect to personal data protection and/or changes to personal data/data privacy laws and regulations. Where there are significant changes, we will notify you and obtain your acceptance of the changes, consents, and/or opt in (as necessary or applicable). If you do not accept the changes and/or provide your consent, then we may not be able to perform the Purposes and/or provide goods or services to you. You are advised to check the Application for updates to this Statement on a regular basis.
Nothing in this Statement shall limit your rights under the PDPO.
If you are:
- an individual located in Mainland China who uses One ID from Mainland China; and/or
- an individual holding a Mainland China passport and/or resident identity card who uses One ID in Hong Kong,
your personal data will be processed by NWECL in accordance with the “People’s Republic of China Addendum” in addition to the New World Group Privacy Policy Statement and this Statement, as well as the applicable data protection laws and regulations in Mainland China which, for the current purposes, excludes Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan.
This Statement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong.
K DOLLAR PROGRAM
- K Dollar Program (“KDP”) is a loyalty program that is managed and operated by Missions Points Network Company Limited (“MPNCL”) and is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
- The submission of an application for Membership to the KDP is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon becoming a Member of the KDP, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
- Pledge
Missions Points Network Company Limited (“MPNCL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) as the operator of the group loyalty program “K Dollar Program” (“KDP”) and its affiliated or related companies recognizes and understands that customers, website visitors, and mobile application users are concerned about the privacy of personal data. MPNCL pledges to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the “PDPO”) of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”).
This Privacy Policy Statement outlines MPNCL’s practices and the choices you have concerning the collection and use of your personal data. This Privacy Policy Statement should be read together with the applicable Terms and Conditions of the relevant service, website, and/or mobile application provided by MPNCL (the “Terms and Conditions”), provided that, in the event of any inconsistency between this Privacy Policy Statement and the Terms and Conditions concerning matters relating to personal data, this Privacy Policy Statement shall prevail. You may be invited to provide to MPNCL your personal data on MPNCL's relevant website(s) or mobile application(s), or through other media on a voluntary basis for different purposes at different times. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should obtain consent from your parent or guardian before you provide MPNCL with your personal data. - Log Files
When you visit MPNCL’s website(s) and/or use MPNCL’s mobile application(s), the servers of MPNCL will collect only data relating to your visits to/use of such website(s) and/or use such mobile application(s), including but not limited to your IP address, domain name, browser type and access time (“Log Files”) but will not collect your personal data. However, if you register on our website and log in to your account, we may combine your Log Files with other personal data we collect from you, in which case such Log Files shall be considered your personal data for the purposes of, and will be used in accordance with, this Privacy Policy Statement and the PICS. - Use of Cookies and other Tracking Mechanisms
When you browse the website(s) of MPNCL and/or use the mobile application(s) of MPNCL, cookies will be stored in your computers, mobile phones or other devices for internal navigation and programming only. We may use cookies and other tracking mechanisms described below to track information about your use of MPNCL’s website(s) and/or mobile application(s) (“Tracking Data”). We may combine this Tracking Data with other personal data we collect from you, in which case such Tracking Data shall be considered your personal data for the purpose of, and will be used in accordance with, this Privacy Policy Statement and the PICS.
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computers, mobile phones or other devices through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate MPNCL’s website(s) and/or mobile application(s), while others are used to enable a faster log-in process, or to allow us to store and track information about your interests and preferences at MPNCL’s website(s) and/or MPNCL’s mobile application(s).
We may also engage third parties to track and analyse non-personally identifiable data from the website(s) or mobile application(s). We use the data collected by such third parties to help us administer and improve the quality of MPNCL’s website(s) or mobile application(s) and to analyse usage of the same. This is unrelated to and separate from your personal data. Such third parties may combine the non-personally identifiable data that we provide about you with other information that they have collected. You can edit your browser settings to disable cookies but to do so you may not be able to utilize certain functionality of the website(s) and/or mobile application(s) (where applicable) of MPNCL.
If you interact with MPNCL on social media platforms (for example if you “Like” MPNCL’s Facebook page), MPNCL can interact with you and send you messages via these platforms. MPNCL will interact with you in accordance with the social media platform’s rules but we are not responsible for how the platform operators collect and handle your personal data. We are not responsible for what third parties post on our social media accounts. - Kinds of Information Collected
For the different purposes in the course of conducting MPNCL's business, you may be required to provide to MPNCL your personal data, which may include your name, gender, age (or age range), date of birth, month and year of birth, contact details, e-mail address, mailing/residential/correspondence address, contact number, membership number, marital status, family status, educational level, occupation, username and password, Log Files, Tracking Data, interests and favourite activities, transaction information (including your characteristics and transaction behavior), social media account information, etc. Details of personal data to be collected will also be set out in the relevant PICS provided to you on or before collection of such personal data. - Purposes and Uses of Personal Data Collected
MPNCL will use your personal data for specific purposes identified in the PICS provided to you on or before your personal data is collected. This includes sharing your personal data with, and your personal data being used by, third parties as set out in the PICS for those purposes. - Accuracy of Information
You may be requested to provide to MPNCL certain personal data for specific services. If you fail to provide accurate or update information as requested for each specific service, the provision of such services by MPNCL may be affected. - Retention of Information
MPNCL will retain your personal data for a period no longer than necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they are or are to be used. If you are a subscriber of MPNCL services, your personal data will be retained for a reasonable period after termination of your subscription for verification and audit purposes. The above is subject to any legal, statutory, regulatory or accounting requirements. - Third Party Merchants
MPNCL may have on-line stores or some services and/or products which are hosted in the website(s) and/or mobile application(s) of MPNCL but are operated by third party merchants. If you provide your personal data to the third party merchants in order to use, order or receive any services and/or products from the third party merchants, please note that your personal data is beyond the control of MPNCL and thus is outside the scope of protection afforded by MPNCL. - Third Party Websites and/or Mobile Applications
The website(s) and/or mobile application(s) of MPNCL may from time to time contain linkages to other third party websites and/or mobile applications. These other third party websites and/or mobile applications are independent from the website(s) or mobile application(s) of MPNCL. MPNCL has no control or management over the contents of such other websites, mobile applications or their privacy policies or compliance with the law. You should be fully aware that the provisions of such links do not constitute an endorsement, approval, or any form of association by or with MPNCL. MPNCL has no control over your personal data submitted by you, if any, to other websites and/or mobile applications. This Privacy Policy Statement only applies to the website(s) and/or mobile application(s) of MPNCL. You should read the respective privacy policies of other websites or mobile applications. - Service Providers
MPNCL may provide your personal data to the people and/or companies providing services (whether within or outside Hong Kong) to MPNCL in connection with the specific purposes set out in the PICS and paragraph 6 above ("MPNCL Service Providers"). In these cases, the MPNCL Service Providers are required to use your personal data consistent with the agreements MPNCL enters into with them as well as this Privacy Policy Statement and the PICS. - Security of Information
The physical records of your personal data will be stored in secured places (whether within or outside Hong Kong) with restricted access by us or those who we share your personal data with in accordance with this Privacy Policy Statement and the PICS. The electronic records of your personal data will be stored in the servers of MPNCL and/or relevant MPNCL Service Providers as our data processors (whether within or outside Hong Kong) located in secured places and protected by adequate IT security measures (e.g. encryption for transmission of sensitive data through the internet in appropriate cases), or we will procure by contract or use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that those who we share your personal data with (whether within or outside Hong Kong) in accordance with this Privacy Policy Statement and the PICS do the same. Only authorized personnel of MPNCL (who have been trained to handle your personal data properly and bound by a duty of confidentiality) will have access to these records and servers on a "need-to-know" and "need-to-use" basis, or we will procure by contract or use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that those who we share your personal data with (whether within or outside Hong Kong) in accordance with this Privacy Policy Statement and the PICS do the same.
Your personal data may be stored by us in physical locations and/or servers located within or outside Hong Kong and/or shared with third parties with physical locations and/or servers located within or outside Hong Kong, in each case in accordance with the PICS. However, we will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal data is stored and processed securely, regardless of the place or country in which it is stored, and we will procure by contract or use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that any third parties will do the same. Our cross-border transfer of your personal data will be conducted in accordance with the PICS and applicable laws for the protection of your personal data.
No data transmission over the internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and privacy cannot be assured in your communications to us. You are encouraged to protect against unauthorized access to your password. You are advised to sign out from your account when finished particularly when using a shared computer. - Exclusion
MPNCL may disclose your personal data as required by law, any government departments, regulatory authorities, enforcement agencies and courts of competent jurisdiction. MPNCL excludes all liability for disclosure of your personal data in this manner. - Use in Legal Proceedings etc.
If it becomes necessary for MPNCL to take action against you for recovering from you the debt you owe to MPNCL, you agree that your personal data can be used by MPNCL in identifying and taking legal action against you. - Access and Correction of Information and Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to request in writing to the Personal Data Privacy Officer of MPNCL to:- check whether MPNCL holds any of your personal data;
- access your personal data held by MPNCL (if any);
- require MPNCL to correct your personal data that is inaccurate (if any); and
- scertain our policies and practices (from time to time) in relation to personal data and the types of personal data held by us;
- withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (see below).
All such requests will be handled promptly in accordance with the requirements of the PDPO. MPNCL may charge you a reasonable fee for processing your personal data access request. - Direct Marketing
We cannot use or provide to third parties (whether intra-group and/or external parties) your personal data for direct marketing purposes without your consent. This Personal Information Collection Statement (this “Statement”) is made by New World Loyalty Programme Limited (“NWLP”) and New World CLUB (collectively with NWLP, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and applies between us and you (“you”, or “your”). New World CLUB is a loyalty programme operated by NWLP. In order to enable us to perform the Purposes (as defined in the “Purposes for using personal data collected” section below), you are required to provide all the requested/mandatory personal data in the application form for NWLP and/or New World CLUB (as the case maybe). If you do not provide the required personal data, then we may not be able to perform the Purposes and/or provide goods or services to you.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should consult with your parent or legal guardian before sharing or providing your personal data to us. To protect your interest as a minor, even if you agree for us to use and disclose your personal data for the relevant purposes as specified in this Statement, we will require your parent or legal guardian to give consent on your behalf before we proceed to so use and disclose your personal data.

Purposes for using personal data collected
The personal data to be collected from you and/or from other sources as mentioned below in this Statement will be used and retained by us (and/or our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners as defined in the “Direct Marketing” section below, as applicable) for the following purposes (as may be applicable from time to time) (together, the “Purposes”):
