1. It is included delivery Fee.
2. The estimated delivery date will be within 3-5 working days from the date that receive your order confirmation email.
3. Currently we can deliver to commercial or residential addresses within Hong Kong SAR. Delivery service is not applicable to locations that cannot be directly accessed by courier trucks and not applicable to Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Outlying Islands and other remote locations.
4. Deliveries are handled by a third-party carrier, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the estimated delivery date.

5. Supplies while stocks last.
6. All products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
7. K11 Retail & Corporate Sales Company Limited is not the provider of any of the products and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
